One critique though... is this story being deliberately written like a trollfic? The narrative and dialog is... well, stilted barely covers it.
However, it DOES replicate the feel of goofy gag manga, exaggeratedly awkward for comedic effect. At this point, I don't know if that's intentional, though.

To be fair, I had a good explanation for that!
Instead of pegasi having the magic to stand on the clouds, the clouds themselves have magic, in which the only living thing that can stand on them are flyers. Since Saitama is completely resistant to magic because of discord, he can stand on them. Just like how tables can be in the cloud house; because they aren't living.
I just didn't add it. Seemed too much of a smart conclusion for Dash to say, no offense.

I don’t recall Saitama ever protesting that he isn’t bald. He gets mad at it used as an insult but he even sets out after Hammerhead and the Paradise group because he realizes if they give bald people a bad name people will think he’s a terrorist.

Honestly, It is intended to be more funny, and when I am writing, I just have a list of points that I want to have in the story. From there, I just build the story up around the points as I get to them while writing. The story is basically written as I go along.
9803378 In doing that sort of theme, you want the 'narrative' portions to be more solidly written, with the exaggerations sticking primarily to the character voice and action.
It's much easier to SHOW this sort of style in animation or graphic novel than to write it. I'd need to dig around to find some examples of stories written in this type of parody style.
