Just a guy who found out that a show about talking ponies is a lot better than I expected.

The Losers Club had managed to defeat It, but they failed to kill It. As It prepares to go into hibernation once again, It decides to find one last meal on a different Earth.
Unfortunately, Its chosen victim is...unique. Pennywise feeds on fear, but Pinkie Pie doesn't know the meaning of the word.
(A random one-shot I wrote to celebrate Halloween. Inspired by the movie, but also incorporates elements from the book)

Poor Pennywise never stood a chance

Thanks for writing!

This is good

Nice one-shot! Pinkie would be the nemesis to Pennywise, wouldn't she?

Quite entertaining!

I feel this is the perfect balance of utilizing the two source materials. Those unfamiliar with It will still probably get the gist of who Pennywise is, and the backstory. Also bonus points for the Tank reference.

Guess not everyone floats after all.

Haha, excellent fic.:pinkiecrazy:

Hmm, that begs the question, what would the other Humane Seven be afraid of that Pennywise could take the form of?

Wait, It’s supposed to be scary?

ALMOST felt sorry for the poor guy(?).

Yeah, especially when you play this over it:

That's a good question. Part of the reason It primarily goes after kids is because the older people get, the harder it is to interpret their fears into physical form. With Twilight and Sunset, It could probably just turn into their monster forms, and I bet It could find something with Fluttershy, but I don't know about the others.

Well I suppose It could take the form of ONE of their fears, it doesn't necessarily have to be their number one greatest fear. Like Ben in the movie, I doubt that burnt headless boy is the thing he was MOST afraid of.

This was amazing. Hilarious and clever. you really have a knack of writing for pinkie pie

im going to love this

now I wanna see a real horror story about IT in mlp

Is it wrong that I want Pinke to reform Pennywise and read a story about their magical misadventures?

Reading this was a lot of fun. I never expected Stephen King and My Little Pony to mesh so well - and so hilariously :rainbowlaugh:

Can't believe I actually (almost) feel a bit sorry for Pennywise...

Somehow. I get the feeling that Tim Curry Pennywise might've had a better chance. If only by virtue of being a genuinely good clown.

Maybe a dumb question, but when IT/Pennywise unhinges his jaw and shows Pinkie the Deadlights, why does she ''leave her body'' and go up into space towards the Deadlights?

Is this supposed to imply that the Deadlights, themselves, are actually in the Macroverse and not physically on earth inside of the Pennywise avatar?

Yeah, that was something I took from the book. In the book, the way they kill it is by having Bill stare into the deadlights and he gets dragged to the macroverse, which is where it's true essence exists.

9979186 I haven't read the book...yet, but I plan to, but from what your telling me, that sounds like when Bill and the other Losers killed IT (after they came back to their bodies again) that it just lends credence to the fact that they never killed IT, just IT's body on earth.

Forgive me if this is a stupid suggestion, but i'm writting an IT style story myself and I have something special planned concerning IT's presence on Equestria, so I just wanna make sure that what i've got planned actually fits into the lore.

It is implied they killed it's form in the macroverse too, it's kinda hard to explain. Look up the ritual of chud (not the one in the movie).
