Seeing as no-one else has said it yet: well, shit. :unsuresweetie:

Hmm, so like this -> A Mark of Appeal, but different and with more sex?

Bit depressing really. :pinkiesad2:

Discussing the matters of "Fate" and "Calling" while going at it like there's no tomorrow. I like it.
A nice piece. Not a clop, but heavily underlined with it.
Well done, sir.

:rainbowderp:That was....just, wow. I came under the promise of clop, and I'll be leaving wide eyed and thought provoked. You sir, have made a beautiful work of art, one that has touched me in unexpected ways, and for that I applaud you.

im reading this and i got horny.

There was a time when a scorpion wanted to cross a river.
Then came a donkey that was about to do so, and the scorpion asked it to take it on its back.
The donkey was afraid of the scorpion stinging it, but the scorpion told the donkey that he would not sting it, because doing so would make the scorpion drown.
So the scorpion climbed on the donkey's back, and the donkey got inside the river.
But halfway through, the scorpion stung the donkey.
The donkey, succumbing to the venom, asked the scorpion why he had done so.
The scorpion, just about to drown, asked the donkey for forgiveness. "I couldn't help my nature," he said.

Commence read.

Interesting story.

This is... incredibly intriguing. If you ever pick this back up for a sequel chapter, I'm one of the folks that would love to read that.

4404349 If anything, this would become a true clopfic following the exploits of Libertine, his daily routine, his strive to be the utterly perfect lover

And the soul-crushing depression of being completely unable to have a meaningful relationship with any pony because his special talent constantly urges him onward to new 'conquests'. :rainbowwild:

See, to me, that's absolutely fascinating. I'd love to read about the thought processes that go into that sort of mentality, how he'd struggle against it, what he'd try to do to either go into it full-bore or do his damndest to deny it... I find the psychological aspects intriguing.

4409155 I might do it sometime.

But I have so much to write already. :ajsleepy:

This is basically the prototype for a larger story. Just like 'What is love?' is the prototype for Affliction.

Yeah, I figured it'd be a back-burner kinda thing. Either way, I greatly enjoyed this!

Wow, this actually hurt to read. I like stories like this that present the idea of being a slave to a talent you don't want.
Very well composed!

this is a sad story but all the same a vary true story.
and a vary good story it really shows the authors true talent in righting from the hart.

Oh god my feels.....I almost cried....:fluttershyouch:
