Technical Term: merger. Definition: The alliance between two businesses in which one either A) Immediately, or B) overtime, submerges into being a subsection of one of the businesses, usually the one that proposed the offer. Or it could be this: Technical Term: Joint Partnership agreement. With them being marefriends, I'm definitely thinking merger. Though... it does seem to lean a bit towards joint partnership and could even diverge fully into co-ownership, but that would leave me wondering who would be C.E.O and who would be chairman of the board
And damn it now you have me thinking business, a class I've been trying to forget entirely since I have the day off from college classes.
Anyways, excellent work as always, and now I'm kinda hoping to see some more of Exie and Rarity... though I wonder what would happen if Applejack was brought in?

3188935 Thanks for the kind words as always and yeah I didn't want to end the fic with them already agreeing to something like that since it would seem unlikely that one night of sex would lead to such a serious business arrangement. Hence why I had them let it go for now XD

first clopfic (I think?) I've read, not bad... Just different... I haven't read stuff like this before, so my reaction's a little muddled...
All in all, not too bad, although events seemed to escalate rather quickly to me (especially since I feel like such relations take more time to establish). I vaguely wondered if Rarity's treatment to Exie was really okay since she DIDN'T know Exie was a sub and all, but it's not like I know how to write stuff like this so whatever.
I'd love to see sexy Exie more, she's a unique character just ready to blossom (so to speak), and I'd love to see how being able to be open and honest about herself and her preferences, as well as having a marefriend, develops her as a character in the future. I'd also like to see what collaborations could result from Exie and Rarity working together... that could be quite tasty, in its own right...
