3806714 Okay, I've said it before and I'll say it again: I really want to work with some of my own characters. I have plans to include changeling romance in future stories. But a straight-up sequel to this specific story with this specific pairing is not, at the moment, in the cards. That might change, I'm not sure, but there's a lot more on my plate right now that I'd like to get out of the way first.
I'm sorry, but I don't want to create a sequel just for the sake of creating a sequel. I'm afraid if I try that, it'll come out sucky.

Nice short story. I can imagine it would be a pain to make a sequel, as I believe more about his apparent defection or retirement from the Hive would be in order in any continuance of the story, and not making that part bland would be challenging to say the least.
