This fic is a crossover with the Exalted roleplaying game by White Wolf Publishing, and was inspired by a collection of pieces by Rhanite.

An outcast again thanks to Anon-A-Miss Sunset only wants the fighting to stop and her friends back, she does not care how. When her final plea of innocence to her friends fails she does one last desperate thing to get them back, confesses to being Anon-A-Miss. Now that she has her friends back things are looking up, even if she is hated again all that matters to Sunset is that life can finally go back to normal. Except it might never be.

A/N: This story context is slightly inspired by the fanfiction Confession by cerealkiller78 in that Sunset confesses to being Anon-A-Miss, the first chapter will have some similarities in it but that stops in the second chapter.
Suicide/Self Harm: Not much of it appearing in the story but it will be alluded to and mentioned.
Violence: Not the bloody full out fight violence, more of the bulling to small scuffle kind of violence.

Celestia has been preparing for Luna’s return in exacting detail, most of which is being kept from the other ponies. Unfortunately, a little knowledge can be a dangerous thing.

Shining Armor wakes up one morning to discover that the entire Day Guard has quit, save for a single Pegasus named Cloud Skipper. Their reason: anger over thinking they're being replaced by the Night Guard, made up of a single Night Pony named Midnight Blossom. Before he can pull the situation together, Nightmare Moon returns. Still, one can only make the best of a bad situation.

But even after Princess Luna is restored, the problems don't stop. It's nearly impossible to recruit any more Guards, leaving the reparations in the hands of three ponies. Nightmare Moon isn't entirely gone, still haunting the dreams of Skipper and Midnight. Certain warlike cultures may notice Equestria's weakness and invade. And the old commander of the Day Guard, Cumulus, may have had other motives for his disbanding them...

Truths will be uncovered, identities will be questioned, and nightmares will come to life. But maybe, even in the eternal night, a light can be found and followed to the dawn.

This is my first fic so take that as you will.

After Gilda's last encounter with Rainbow Dash and her friends, the griffon hadn't heard anything from her pony friend for a long time. It made Gilda think that Rainbow Dash forgot about her. Fortunately for Gilda, Rainbow Dash was hard-headed. Unfortunately for Gilda, Rainbow Dash was also high-strung and so stressed out of her mind that her train of thought was completely out of whack. With a few letters detailing Rainbow Dash's situation among other things, will Gilda be able to help salvage her friend's relationship? Or will Rainbow Dash leave Gilda's place as a husk of who she once was?

Gilda couldn't imagine Rainbow Dash failing. She'd do anything in her power to fix this, even if it meant admitting that she liked Rainbow Dash too.

"Wow you have WINGS?!" Pinkie pie gawked in shock at the white pegasus that she had behold in such an odd way. The white pegasus nodded cheerfully and giggled happily. Finally Pinkie Pie thought of one of her famous and dazzling ideas as she shrieked with happiness. The white pegasus tilted her head in confusion as Pinkie Pie hollered loudly,
"I have an idea!"
