Well, it's 2016, and I have done something that I don't think I've ever actually done before: New Year's Resolutions. Three of them, even.

Two of them aren't really going to impact you guys: I want to draw more stuff so I can practice and improve, and I want to finish Dark Souls. Unless someone knows better advice than 'try jumping' for Dark Souls, that's not likely to involve anyone else here. When I first wrote Knightmares, I didn't really plot out where it was going. Mostly it became a series of events that just kept escalating, but I couldn't really go anywhere with it. I've also seen a lot more of the gallery that Skipper and Midnight came from, and part of why I can't keep going with it is how different the two worlds are. Because of that, I've decided to cancel it, though I'll leave it up as a record of what came before.

As much as I hate to put a story on hiatus so soon, there's an idea that's weighing way too heavily on my mind right now, and it's forcing out any drive I have to write Knightmares. That's why I've put it on hiatus for the time being while I get this other idea out. It's unlikely all of you will care for this decision or the fic that comes about from it, but it's something I have to do.
