It's Halloween 2019 and strange things are happening to a group of four people as they begin to turn into ponies. Low and behold they were cursed by the lord of chaos himself as a kind of "Proof of concept" along one of the most haunted railroad lines in all of Equus where strange things have to the trains and ponies during nightmare night. Now they are left to figure out how to survive on earth as ponies, join them in their adventure as they try to carve out a semblance of living like the highly intelligent ponies they are without going insane.

One strange day, Harry Dresden turned into a tiny pastel horse with two girly tattoos on the rump.

She was not pleased about this.

And as strange and horrifying as this was, even by Chicago's only professional wizard’s standards there was a new job to do, and some new bunch of bastards to thump until they stopped their dastardly pony plans!

Except… there seemingly wasn’t a culprit to be found. No dark gods with a thing for horses had risen. No doomsday cults with a thing for pastel had declared their vile, equine intentions. Not as much as an ifrit with a lisp...

It seemed as if whatever had turned so many humans into ponies would simply be a strange and unsolved mystery.

Reluctantly, life simply had to go on, even if it was with double the number of legs as normal.

Now, months later however, this country with the rather silly name of Equestria wonders what became of one of their lost champions, and just why she never returned to them...

This story is a sequel to Five Score – A Prench Tale Vol.1

Change is a simple fact of life, affecting us all in big and small ways, may we want it or not. Few know this better than the hundreds of people who, on their twenty-fifth birthday, found themselves with brand-new cutie marks on their thighs, and soon ended up in equine bodies to match. Between this and being forced into a clandestine existence, making do with what little they have left and with no place in this world but the one they'll be able to carve for themselves, it sure ain't easy being an Equestrian on Earth.

Now six months in, despite authorities trying to keep the pony problem a secret and preserve a crumbling status quo, the ripples of change cannot be contained for much longer, slowly building towards an explosive revolution. Ponies have had to learn to live with change, to find ways to adapt to their whole world being upended... But how will humans react, when it's their own reality that's threatened, and it's their turn to make a choice over what kind of future they want, for themselves, for their country, and for a planet on which they're not alone anymore..?

This is the second volume of a sidefic set in the 'Five Score, Divided by Four' universe created by TwistedSpectrum. I'd recommend reading Volume 1 first to fully appreciate the current story, but this short recap will bring you up to speed on the essentials if you'd rather dive right in. Persephone Gaia Blake is stuck in a bit of a rut.

While all her friends are off following their respective dreams, she's stuck listlessly working at her hippie mother's witchy souvenir shop, peddling crystals and tarot decks to Salem tourists. Thank goodness her and her friends’ 25th birthday is here to change all that. But is it a change for good?

A spinoff of "Five Score, Divided by Four" by TwistedSpectrum. This story follows the updated mature version set in 2020 where MLP got all 9 seasons (albeit with an alternate ending). Three university students, who were friends since childhood, travel to America as celebration for their 25th Birthday. Choosing Denver as their destination, they finish their final semester early and leave three days before May 1st, 2020. Our lead protagonist, Eileen, was the first to crash the night of the 1st, after some heavy drinking, leading to a vivid nightmare that she can't place. When she wakes up, life starts turning upside down for her and her friends.

Jenny Smith was a substitute professor for a local community college before the changes began. It all started on the day she turned twenty five, at the exact time. Her thigh burned and itched, and when she looked, it was a pastel colored hour glass that caused her so much trouble.

She, along with her friend named Dana, are slowly turning into ponies. But Jenny will soon find out, that not only is she becoming a pony, but also something more than that. Not only is she turning into a pony, but a certain alien that is the last of his kind in the whole universe.

This is my contribution to the Five Score, Multiplied by More group. I've always wanted to write about the adventures of people turning into ponies myself, so I decided to write a few fictions. This one is a bit less original, as it is in the Five Score universe, but it will eventually be a much more different story than most, as a certain famous alien that is the last of its kind is the main character in it.

Act 2: With things growing more chaotic with the world now filled with people-turned-ponies, and haunted by her own post-traumatic hallucinations of the mad god responsible for it, Cadance must reclaim her sanity and sense of self, and seeks to meet others like her and hopefully find a way back home...
