A long, long time ago, the necromancer Grogar conquered the city of Tambelon for his own nefarious purposes. Working together, the princesses Celestia and Luna were able to banish Grogar and the fallen city into the realm of Shadow, never to be seen again...or so they thought.

Two thousand years later, Tambelon and Grogar return - and the world may never be the same...

King Sombra has been defeated once again. Once Grogar resurrects him the second time, Sombra is forced to be a permanent member of the Legion of Doom. Although Chrysalis, Tirek, and Cozy Glow do not quite like Sombra, they do what they can to make Sombra a member due to Grogar’s forceful biddings. However, as Sombra starts to know the three villains personally, his perspective starts to somewhat change.

(This is set after “The Beginning of the End” part 2 MLP:FIM Season 9 episode 2)

After a few special outings with her new best fiends, Cozy Glow starts to feel as if she is part of a family.

Nudging along a budding Love/Hate relationship between a Lord and a Queen.

Grogar's ancient machinations finally come together as he leads the Legion of Doom against Canterlot. Chrysalis, Tirek, and Cozy Glow want to rule for themselves, however, and intend to betray him as soon as it's convenient. Can Applejack, Twilight Sparkle, Pinkie Pie, Fluttershy, Rarity, and Rainbow Dash save Equestria?

Author's note: I decided to rewrite episodes S9E24 and S9E25 as if Grogar were real and the finale were a four-parter. This story takes everything up to and including S9E23 as canon, and took inspiration from a huge variety of sources, including the finale trailer (though it does not strictly hold canon to the trailer).

Grogar has returned to take his rightful place as King once more, along with the other villains. No, he's not Discord. Also, Starlight was there.

However, Twilight gets informed by Discord and decides to make this the greatest explosion ever, even if it gets her the largest reconstruction bill she'll ever need to pay.

Some time after the Battle of the Bell, Discord receives a letter from an old colleague. However, they weren't really happy with the Draconequus pretending to be him over the course of a few months and want revenge for the damage to their reputation... not through normal means, but in court.

Much to no one's surprise, Discord chooses to fight the accusations against him.

The Equestrian Legal System will never be the same after this.

Based on an idea that Jade Dawn mentioned on Discord and I decided to try and make something silly off of it while working on another bigger project that just seemed too good to pass up. Takes places some time after 'The End of the End', but before 'The Last Problem'
