Government reforms come and go and nothing stays the same. Old titles of Princes and Princesses had been replaced by one simple title, Prince Electors and Princess Electors or simply Electors. With it, every existent Royal be it Prince or Princess, have a fair chance to get elected in the highest seat on the throne.

Its all started when Discord popped into Twilight Library and challenged her to the offer she couldn't refuse. He practically dumped one of his old projects, because he couldn't bother to do it himself. As the reward Twilight got wings. Meanwhile, The Crystal Empire popped out from out of nowhere, and with that Twilight Sparkle went on the diplomatic mission to establish good relations. As a bonus Twilight Sparkle had been forced to deal with the mirror to the another planet, plus a long lost student of Princess Elector Celestia.

Legend tells of a mysterious fog and its giving nature, but what happens when that fog comes around to Ponyville? When Pinkie Pie encounters the one behind the fog, they demand that she teach what it is like to feel joy. Pinkie informs Twilight of this and together they're reminded what joy is. How the smallest spark can change a bad day to a good day. They also learn why the one behind the fog brings about good luck and why they ask about joy.

Luna's first dreamwalk in a thousand years, a certain sister that needs some help and one question:
"Who punished whom?"
