It was around ten pm in the evening and Twilight Sparkle have been waiting in front of Canterlot High for Sunset Shimmer to come over, after about several minutes or so, she finally saw her.

"Before we actually do this thing, I am just want to say that I am grateful for you to do so, but I have to ask are you completely sure about that?"

Twilight nodded her head, and they both started walking to their destination. "I am completely aware of dangers, to summarize me and my colleagues talked about it, and we agreed that we could technically be stuck here forever." Twilight paused for a second, "You see, not only the doorway to yours Equestria is going to be terminated, there is the small chance that the doorways to all the others are going to be terminated as well. On average it's actually a very good thing, we are doing this world a favor because who really knows what kind of evil is out there!"

"Sorry! Its... Um, just forget it! Or otherwise, you might think that I am getting soft or something."

Twilight stopped walking, It only took them maybe several minutes to reach the statue of the horse where the second portal had been located, "Please don't apologize, all of us agreed that it would be for the best, besides if it just so happens to be that Equestria would be in a such a really big need of saving, then I would have no other choice but to be forced to go back to my Equestria."

Both of them continued to walk in complete silence until Twilight started to speak again.

"What was your plan anyway?"

"What plan?!"

"I am just trying to figure out what did you wanted to accomplish by stealing my crown? Which is like, you know, is a magical dud."

"Um, you might find it really strange but I was kind of hoping that it would have magically transformed me into well into very powerful being, preferably into an alicorn or something."

Twilight thought about it for a second, "I see! I guess it's my turn start apologizing because I am starting to think that's a bit ridiculous! First, you have no bucking idea of what you are actually doing." Once again Twilight paused for a moment to collect her thoughts," You are introducing the completely alien system into a completely alien environment, correct me if I am wrong but this will just backfire in your face, and second of all it's just wouldn't work that way. I mean..."

"Twilight I,..."

"Sunset, please understand that Princess Celestia didn't turn me into Alicorn, Discord did it. I am sure of it that eventually, she would have thought about some sort of trial of great destiny as well. But if you would know Discord the same way as I do, then you would have realized that Discord would just have turned you into Alicorn simply because he would have found it to be more or less amusing."

Twilight! Well, what would you have done differently than? I mean what would you have done differently as Celestia's student?"

Twilight immediately replied, "Well, let's see, I have several options, one of which is like that. I would just patiently wait and bide my time, and because I am extremely obedient girl Princess Celestia completely trusts me, but that would be too boring for you. You are a rebel, right?"

Sunset Shimmer nodded, "You said something about biding time. What does it involves exactly?"

"Can I ask you a question Sunset? Have you heard about the legend of Lunar Knights?"

Sunset blinked, "Well no, I guess I didn't. What is it about?"

Twilight glanced at her wristwatch, My counterpart has a wristwatch? Also why we never figured out how to make hoofwatches? According to the wristwatch they still have at least twenty more minutes, or there is a chance that Rainbow Dash was just getting late. "It's not really important, although I am bit surprised by such a divergence." Twilight shook her head, "let me clarify, have you heard about the mirror pool legend?"

Sunset blinked again, "Its just a legend, right?"

"Nightmare Moon is a legend, the mirror pool isn't. Imagine the possibilities! The infinite number of clones who are just as smart as me, and just as powerful as me, and, all of us pretty much in an agreement that for the most part we want the same thing." Twilight leaned on the base of statue to make herself more comfortable

"I feel so stupid right now! On an off chance that I would have transformed into a psycho demon, I would have probably started to transform the local population into demons too, but your idea seems to be a lot easier."

"Doy!" deadpanned Twilight

They spend the next twenty minutes in complete silence until so-called colleagues have arrived, Rainbow Dash herself and one of the Pinkie Pie clones. Individually both of them came to Sunset and shook her hand. 

"Sup?"

"Heya!"

Sunset politely did the same. Rainbow turned to Twilight and then asked a very simple question. "So, how are we going to do this?"

"Just like we discussed, we are not going to blow it up!"

"I know Twilight, you are the boss after all. I am telling you this right now because I kind of had to as per protocol..." Rainbow Dash took the briefcase from the Pinkie clone and flip it open. She then took out the small device and then attached it to the statue, she pressed a few buttons on the display. The device beeped, which caused the display to switch from red to green.

"Huh, I guess fingers do make this easier!" She then put the device back to the suitcase and then gave it to Pinkie. "So anyway, the eggheads, who are in charge of the project, let me borrow this scrambler! although by now the time borrowed just got expanded indefinitely."

"Wait, what did you do?" Sunset asked.

"I am getting to that!" Rainbow protested and then started fuming.

"Sunset, what she was trying to say is that this really small device just drained all the magic from the portal. This portal, as well as, all the others are now probably, most likely ceased to exist." She then turned to the duo. "You can report to me later."

"As you say, boss!" Both Pinkie and Rainbow have said, Rainbow threw a mocking salute towards Twilight. "So what now?"

"Dunno!"Twilight shrugged off, " It would be really embarrassing for everypony, which also includes us as well if during our absence Equestria would descend into a chaos or something. I am pretty confident, or should I say, I am very optimistic, that's nothing bad will happen."

"Will it?" All of them asked simultaneously.

"No[pe! Somehow all of them would just screw up, and we would be forced to save them! For now, lets just enjoy the extended vacation!"
