Rainbow Dash: the most confident, cool, radical, and Awesome pony in all of Equestria. With a reputation like that, one could stand to assume that nothing would possibly scare Ponyville's premier daredevil.

And one would be right!

In fact, it was with this confidence that Rainbow was setting off to ask out the absolute love of her life. She was calm, she was collected, she was the very definition of cool under pressure. Fear of rejection? Hay no! She was Rainbow Dash for Celestia's sake.

Rainbow Dash didn't get nervous.

Twilight left for an official trip with Princess Celestia, leaving Rainbow Dash at home, utterly heartbroken. She said she would be gone for a full month, and all that she left for her pegasus was a magical stone, tied to the end of short, golden chain. It is an amethyst pendant, created specifically for her use, and its spell can only be used when the time is right.

There is a new Wonderbolt's show being hosted in Fillydelphia on the ground, allowing all types of ponies to attend. 6 of those ponies being the whacky, chaotic, trouble making Mane 6, who are known to cause madness wherever they find themselves, the Gala being a prime example.

As each couple of ponies split off in pursuit of their own desires, each of them end up having a very memorable night at the Wonderbolts show, all for different reasons though.

Rainbow dash and Twilight Sparkle lately have grown close over Daring Do books and reading nights. When the Wonderbolts auditions approach, Twilight realizes that Rainbow's dream threatens to separate them. With the risk of losing Rainbow becoming all the more real, Twilight has to decide which is more important: Risking Rainbow, or risking Rainbow's dreams

I decided to try my hand at writing a shipfic of my own, hoping to step out of my comfort zone. As I've never tried writing romance before, I would really appreciate constructive criticisms on how I may improve :) I hope you enjoy what's more to come for The Force of Dreams!

I intend to release more chapters as I find time to write them, and I have a list of themes and situations I’d like to explore.
