This story is a sequel to Sonic The Hedgehog x My Little Pony: Make Your Mark - Season 3

One apparently normal day, Dr Eggman tries to steal the Chaos Emeralds from the Crystal Brighthouse, but his attempt fails so badly that he ends up sending the Emeralds to the human world counterpart of Equestria. Now, Sonic sets himself on a mission: to find the Emeralds and bring them back to Equestria before they fall in the wrong hands. But as he travels on this new human world, he also ends up meeting some faces that look very familiar... but are pretty different at the same time.

The citizens of Equestria are no strangers to the strange and unusual, especially when it comes to the Everfree Forest. So when the most dangerous creatures start mysteriously dying no one thinks it's unusual. In fact some believe there's someone or something protecting them. The ones who do call it 'the guardian' and speculate as to what it is. But all it is, is just a human who watches over Ponyville's inhabitants who wander in to the forest, and keeps hidden to protect himself. However everything changes when he meets an injured little filly named Applebloom.

My name’s Marcus. Marcus Cortez. I’m currently a freshman at CUFTA. You don’t know what that means? Well, it stands for “Canterlot University for the Arts.” While it is a little unsettling to go to college in a completely different world from my own, and while being a human in a school full of mostly ponies is a little intimidating, I’m doing fine so far. I don’t have to worry about roommates, since I don’t live in a dorm. I live with my aunt.

Her name is Celestia. Princess Celestia.

You’re probably wondering how a human could be the nephew of a pony, and an alicorn princess, no less. Well, it’s quite the story.

In case you haven't guessed yet this is an anthro story, and my first time writing a story in first person, so we'll see how this goes.

The prologue for this story starts sixteen years prior to the return of Nightmare Moon and the story's main events take place after Season 3 ends.

With Daring Do as his prisoner, Ahuizotl discovers the temple where Scorpan sealed away the Rainbow of Darkness. The Mane Six, joined by Celestia and Luna, quickly go to prevent such an evil force from being unleashed. However, it turns out their attempts to reseal the Rainbow of Darkness cause some unforeseen consequences. Only the Rainbow of Light can set things right, but where could it be? It turns out that its closer than they think.

On a clear spring morning, a human trapped in Equestria without a Bible teaches Twilight the meaning of Easter.

While researching an odd, magical flower that just recently began appearing in the Everfree Forest, Twilight finds a mysterious creature—a human girl named Lila. Twilight soon discovers the deep connection between the girl, the flowers, and, surprisingly, Princess Celestia.

Equestria is threatened by a deadly alliance of Gryphons, Minotaurs, Horses and Changelings, an alliance that was supposedly created to maintain peace in Equestria. But Celestia is no fool. She knows that a war is coming, a war that cannot be stopped, and without allies and guards with no combat experience, Equestria won't stand a chance.

In the several corners of the world, humans are either enslaved to be gladiators, servants or guards. Those who remain free, struggle to survive. And with the other races of the world approaching more and more in human territory, their future seems grim and their numbers grow fewer.

it's the year 3044 in the ruins of america. a war is brought upon earth as each country fights for dominance over rights. since then a law was passed which children even after birth are force to be taken by the government and sent to camps for to be trained as soldiers.

on man refuses to allow it but ends up in a slow and gruesome death. upon dying he wishes for his daughter to be sent somewhere safe and to be taken care by a loving family. his wish was granted and his daughter was sent to equestria and discovered by the party pony of poniville.

pinkie takes the child in as her daughter and given her a new life she deserve. over time the little human girl grows anxious on her real family and asks pinkie about her real parents and why they given her up. how will pinkie and the mane six explain to her about her parents demised and how would she react to it?

this is my first time writing a story of children of equestria.

A changeling who finds responsibility thrust upon her after the failed Canterlot invasion.

A unicorn who finds herself part of first contact with a strange new creature.

A princess who finds hints of one she long since lost in another's mind.

With the arrival of a strange bipedal creature into Equestria, all three will find themselves intertwined with the fate of the girl. When language cannot be understood how will communication with the new arrival be achieved, and what secrets may the creature be bringing with her? What does the girl possess that may alter how the changeling in particular sees the world.

What could the girl possibly have that would allow one word – hope – to resonate so strongly, not only for herself but also the changeling.

This is a retelling of A Voice Among the Strangers from three viewpoints in particular. You don't have to read AVAtS to read this one, as I will be attempting to make each a full story on their own.
