There are more characters in The Princess's Captain than just Twilight Sparkle and Tempest Shadow. This will be a repository for stories that don't feature our main pairing quite as heavily, that take place in the middle of other stories, and/or that are simply not as important to the main plot. Twilight Sparkle is a truly terrible dancer. Everypony knew this, even Rainbow Dash. But, after accidentally blurting out a request, Rainbow decided she'd seize the opportunity, no matter what other ponies may think.

Written for my girlfriend, who's probably a better dancer than me, though that's setting the bar pretty darn low.

Love is a funny thing. It can surpass any barrier, transcend time and space, and bring any two ponies together.

Pinkie Pie understands this. It isn't really helping her find the courage to tell Princess Celestia how she really feels, especially since she might not be the only pony to feel about Celestia in that way.

Well, even if she doesn't tell her today, there's always tomorrow, right?

At her side is a new apprentice, one newly minted Passport from a world very different from Twilight's own. Where once the Princess of Friendship sought to leave Equestria behind forever, now she seeks to return and see those she loved and left behind.

But the journey from the edges of the World That Is to Canterlot is perilous, full of horrors and dangers alien both to Equestria and Passport's own world. But with luck, and her teacher and employer's power, Passport might just survive the experience of being a pony long enough to meet the one pony on Equestria more important to her than any other.
