After being shipwrecked in Illyrimane, Applejack disguises herself as a stallion so she can make her own way into the world and serves the Duke Spike, who sends her to woo the Lady Rarity for him. Applejack is soon shocked to discover that the unicorn has fallen for her instead!
How will she untie this tangled knot? More importantly, how will she win the dragon she loves when he thinks she's a boy?

When the two meet, they discover they look a great deal alike and (of course) decide to switch places. What chaos will become of this?
It's Hearth's Warming Eve and Fluttershy's gift from Aunt Luna is a nutcracker. Her aunt tells her that he is under a curse, cast by an evil monster called the Chaos King.
She doesn't believe her until night falls and the Chaos King comes with his army. Shrunk in the battle, Fluttershy must venture with the nutcracker into the Land of Sweets to defeat the Chaos King and break his evil spells.

The newest addition to the family is an absolute delight to Twilight when they rescued it from a pack of bullying dragons earlier that day. She believes that that it's presence in the library will encourage Spike to look deeper into himself and be proud of what he is.
