Castle to themselves, check.
Totally gonna be the responsible older sister... debatable.

Celestia finally has a chance to prove that she's old enough to stay home alone with Luna, if she doesn't completely mess everything up first.

Comet takes his job too seriously. Angel doesn't take anything seriously.

Comet joined to protect kingdom and princess(es). Angel joined for adventure and danger.

Comet isn't interested in mares. Angel can't stop talking about stallions.

Comet is a pegasus. Angel is a bat pony.

Together, this unlikely duo goes through life as Royal Guards from basic training to fully fledged guardsponies. Who knows? Maybe they'll even start to get along.

"A little magic practice won't hurt. After all what harm could Sweetie Belle possibly do?" That thought comes back to bite Rarity when she agrees to help Sweetie Belle practice her magic.

One slip up later and *poof* Rarity is regressed to a foal. Thankfully her mind is intact but now she's no longer the big sister.

Sweetie Belle will have to care for her "little sister" until she can find a way to turn Rarity back. All the while Rarity is certainly not going to enjoy being a foal again, especially one in the care of Sweetie Belle.

Rated Teen just to be safe.

Everypony enjoys myths and ponytales, even if they know such things aren't real. Alicorns fighting against a spirit of chaos? An ancient princess trapped in a library under a tree, waiting to be found? Quite enchanting and fantastic tales yes, but nonetheless as fictional as Daring Do and other such stories. At least, that's what Rarity used to think.

She doesn't anymore.

The festival of siblings has arrived! Princess Celestia has invited Twilight and her friends to join in the celebrations, and with Rarity sick, theres only one other friend who can celebrate; Applejack. While enjoying the party in Canterlot castle and the girls go off for food, Big Macintosh is left to speak with a tall and proud captain of the guard. Join in their convocation of how much their little sisters mean to them as Shining Armour and Big Mac meet for the first time!

Throughout all of history, one concept has kept both the written and spoken word from becoming an unintelligible mess. That concept is that most holy of grounds known by some as "grammar." It sets down rules for language to follow, and keeps it free of distortion.

Yet something is wrong. The rules are failing. And only one pony so much as suspects that something is wrong. Something that goes deeper than a simple appearance of errors. Something that could be an attack on the very root of language itself.

Sweetie Belle is compelled to learn magic after Rarity promises to teach her the finer art of dressmaking, but only once the young filly has learned the basics of magic. However, learning magic comes with its own set of complications and bears an unforeseen gift that will change Sweetie Belle's life forever.

Ten years ago Spike left Ponyville out of fear of his rampages hurting somepony. Now he has returned and must face up to the events surrounding his departure.
