Escorting supplies and reinforcements to the outpost on Rhen Var in the Outer Rim, things go awry for the Alpha Squad. A mysterious attack forces the team to randomly hyperspace into Wild Space. Crashing on a planet, the ARC troopers awake to find this planet full of strange, multi-colored humanoid creatures. With no way of returning to the Republic, they must adapt to their new environment pass obstacles, face fears and struggle with the past of war.

What they didn't know is an old mutual enemy thought long dead has also taken refuge on the planet and is growing strong waiting for the moment...TO STRIKE. The Troopers with the aid of their equine companions will soon unveil the threat and face it together. The decision they choose, the action they make, will change the course of the Galaxy.

Outland humans have searched for a new homeworld in alien space and found Equestria, a magical planet of ponies and creatures not unlike those found in human mythology. For many years the humans and ponies have been in good relations, becoming technological equals. But an advanced faction of humans has other plans for the planet, seeking total conquest. Only a powerful defense force of all combined species can repel this new threat: the 125th Stellar Defense Force. Also known as... Battlewings.

Lunar Security pilot Rainbow Dash has been given a rare opportunity to join this special alliance, to train and overcome personal obstacles in order to face the threat head-on, with the help of a human fighter pilot and an eccentric crew aboard the supercarrier RES "Dreadnaught." Many hardships will follow on their journey to their secret base, but it is up to her and her comrades to persevere, as the fate of Equestria lies in their hands and hooves. Adapted from a workprint for a miniature effects film I tried to make years ago but was unable to finish. Thought it would be good writing exercise to adapt and expand the concept into a literary format. (Cover art by me.)

Some warnings before reading: This story deals with the Equestria-as-a-planet concept (something I'm not particularly a fan of but was necessary for the plot), the world is very retrofuturistic as it's an homage to 80s sci-fi/action, I tried to make the combat and military organization sound technically accurate (so expect a lot of attention to detail on how their systems work and sentences full of abbreviations and acronyms), and there is of course some profanity. If these aren't your thing then I suggest avoiding this one, but feedback and criticisms are appreciated.

Stranded in an unknown world and in a new body, Ben must try and start a new life while dealing with the crises that happen every week.

Sunset Shimmer and her friends discover a strange new ability known as a Stand. Derived from a strange golden arrow relic, they soon become entangled in a struggle against a shadowy and evil force and his own army of various Stand users that seek to gain power and control over both their world, and Equestria itself.

A simple crossover fic basically giving the cast Stand powers from Jojo's Bizarre Adventure. There is a lot of punch-related violence, but blood and gore will be light, and the language usually either not too bad, or in a foreign language. You don't need to know much about Jojo to get into the fic, as most of the characters are either OCs or from EQ. Just hop in and enjoy!
