The year is 2070. Equestrian society thrives under the control of powerful world-spanning conglomerates known as Megacorporations. These entities fight for the business of the average consumer online, at the storefronts, and even within their homes. However, beneath the shadows the megacorporations secretly wage war with one another using deniable assets called Trotters; mercenaries specialized in the arts of espionage, sabotage, and extraction.

In the bustling port city of Seaddle, the shadows run deep. A down-on-his-luck street doctor throws caution to the wind and enters the deadly world of Shadowtrotting. Here he could make his fortunes, or find his end. Trotters can come from all walks of life; go-gangers, crooked cops, runaways, military vets... but this former medic might find that they have more in common than they realize, and just maybe, a little friendship will help everyone see that even in the shadows there can be light.

This story is based off of DuskShadowBrony's "A Pacified Kingdom." I suggest reading it first before reading this as many elements will revolve from the original story.

Dr. Mindset Shield, Ph.D and Royal Therapist, comes to discover she has been overworked and irritable about her job. Princess Luna, however, informs her of a neighboring kingdom in Little Valley that's in need of her psychology expertise and be a vacation for her at the same time. While skeptical, Mindset agrees to visit this strange kingdom, which to her surprise is almost entirely run by foals! Even more surprising, she notices herself getting younger the longer she stays. Princess Luna wouldn't send her here to be a foal again...right?

This story contains Diaper Usage, Age Regression, and some mature themes. If you aren't interested, might I suggest watching some good anime?

Affection therapy: a new and innovative practice in Equestria wherein the patient/subject is calmed and relaxed through simple displays of platonic affection, such as ear scratches, nose boops, and belly rubs. It's surprisingly effective, and leaves the pony happy and content. The strangest thing, however, is that you, a simple human living in Ponyville, 'invented' this practice completely by accident.

*I wrote this a long time ago, before Every Little Thing She Does aired. The first chapter takes place between No Second Prances and that episode, and I decided to touch it up and release it now as an early Christmas gift to you guys, as a simple piece of cute, platonic fluff. More to come, too, when I find the time and inspiration. :pinkiehappy:

There was once a city in ancient times, filled with ponies of all races who fled the blizzards and hatred of the bickering pony nations. The blizzards, though, followed them south. The solution proposed by a skilled unicorn was for all ponies to give some of their magic to help teleport the whole city somewhere warmer. Little did they know the lengths of space they would travel. In fact, their destination happened to be the San Francisco Bay, in the year 691 AD.

1357 years later, Twilight Sparkle, with the help of Daring Do, learns of this lost city and, with support from the princesses, attempts to create a portal to reconnect with their lost brethren. Unexpectedly, and with near disastrous consequences, Twilight arrives on Earth amidst a nation of ponies somewhat getting along with the human nations filling the world. All is not well, due to the portal's subspace environment becoming far too turbulent to attempt a return home within the foreseeable future. Before she could succumb to a fugue of hopelessness, she learns of the worlds burgeoning space industry and, on the tail of some new discoveries, realizes that there is, perhaps, still a way home. The long way home, across the stars, opens before her and the civilizations of Earth.

There will be some buildup, but this is intended to turn into a space opera type story. It will draw very significant influence from The Lost Fleet book series. This will be a story that actually obeys the laws of motion, gravity, and special relativity. At least as much as that book series does which it does nicely apart from the few technologies that makes its plot work.

It has been centuries since the exploits of the legendary 6 mares of the elements of harmony, now figures of bygone era with but a few descendants still existing. Times have changed, sometime between that time and now a revolution of invention and advancement began. Though from humble beginnings many new technologies were developed while existing ones were enhanced.

In the first century of this revolution, was the industrial revolution. Powerful and unique machines invented and refined used for transport, production, and even war.

Near the end of the first century, and onto the second was the cyber age. Technologies would rise such the computers, robotics, and soon bionic body modification. With computers came development of the Internal Network, the invisible magical matrix which soon connected all computers and would go on to connect nearly all technology. All ponies, gryphons, and other creatures of the civilized world are connected to the InterNet whether through computers or portable wrist bound devices. The technology of connected magic signals would also be used in factories with the invention of robotics, and eventually would lead to cities connected and managed under a single network. With technology's rise magic would become little but a component to technology and it's many forms.

It is now late into the cyber age, where the world is connected to the InterNet. Though achievements were made, society itself did not stay the peaceful, harmonious near utopia of the element's era. Crime, corruption, wars, and societal manipulation have marked the history spanning this age of invention and advancement. And these have only grown stronger, as this age grows longer.

As of this time, late in the cyber age, forces of multiple sides will vie for power. Existing and new powers will struggle for power and decision over the future.
