Hey guys, sorry about the complete lack of updates for Defect. Recently, I'm dealing with some rather time-consuming tasks (Read: Moving to Sydney) so I didn't have a lot of time to spend on pony-related goodness. Unfortunately, it will likely be at least a few more weeks before everything can settle down. In the meantime, though, I am still working on the next chapter, so all hope is not lost. Sorry about the... what, four weeks wait? Yeah. Unfortunately my writing speed is not the more optimal. School has also been strangling me a little bit but that's for another time. To be honest, the chapter took me about two weeks since the first week was mostly spent majorly editing proofreading chapter 1 with my editors (who are all doing a stellar job so far). So yeah, chapter 2 is done and I sent it off to my editors now so go bug them if the update is not coming along fast enough.

Wow. My first featured story. To make things better, it didn't stay on there for a few minutes, or even a few hours. No, it stayed on there for four days! Words cannot explain my gratitude to you guys for making it my (by far) most successful story to date.
