Deep in the Royal Library is a book. A terrible book that is said to send whoever reads it mad. A book so dangerous that it has to be hidden away and secured with chains to prevent it from ever being opened.

A book which has just been accidently checked out by Spike on behalf of Twilight Sparkle.

The Star In Yellow is rising once more, and only Rainbow Dash and Spike can save Twilight before it's too late. Ideas live forever. Ponies do not.

This fic is loosely inspired by the 19th century story 'The King In Yellow'.

The first-ever SunLight Shipping Collaboration Story
Voted one of the Top 10 Sunset Shimmer Stories of 2017

After Sunset Shimmer brings Sci-Twi’s strange magic-absorbing amulet back to Equestria, Princess Twilight Sparkle has a brilliant idea. If they combine the amulet and the magic of the portal, the two of them could hop between worlds at the push of a button!
Who better to test out this fantastic new technology than two of the greatest minds in all of Equestria?
They probably should have calibrated it first.

SunLight Sliders is the result of the Sunset Shimmer community's epic three-month collaboration project, where each author had three days to write a 500-1500 chapter in the ongoing saga of Sunset and Twilight Voyaging through the multiverse! Every author picks up where the last one left off... giving us one crazy journey in space and time!

Takes place during and directly after the wasteland scene in the season five finale. Rather than Starlight taking them to her past, the map instead takes the three to one final future. In this future, Starlight Glimmer has won. All of Equestria has succumbed to her vision of equality. So why does she hate it so much?

Twilight, Spike and Starlight need to get back to their Equestria. To do so they must join forces to battle a new Starlight Glimmer. Starlight begins to see things another way, and realises that she may have been wrong all along.

Starlight was recently accepted to Celestia's School for Gifted Unicorns. She looked forward to interesting classes and an overall exciting new life. She even made a great friend. She and her new friend become inseparable and seem like the perfect duo, but all foals experience different things from life that make or break them. When life seems to be bearing down on Starlight's friend, how will she confront the issue and will she be successful?

-----

This story is a Starlight Glimmer headcanon, set before Sunset was banished, but not too long before. I would say Starlight is around 13 in human years.

The sad tag is very loosely used, but none of the tags really fit this story too well.

*Also, I would put in cover art, but I wanted to get this out before the season 5 finale airs and this headcanon is completely shattered. I will probably come back to set one later when I find a good pic.

When Twilight Sparkle prepares to turn in for the night, she is approached by an intoxicated Starlight Glimmer. Unable to stand or form complete sentences, the drunken unicorn attempts to profess her love for the princess of friendship.

Twilight Sparkle has always been a mare with a plan, and tonight that is going to be tested. The three most important mares in her life are all in town. They of course know of each other, and are happily accepting of Twilight's polygamous nature. However, Trixie has never met Sunset in person. Will they get along, or will there be tension which could possibly ruin a nice evening at the carnival?

This fic would have been a garbled mess if it were not for my close friend and great editor: Autumn Bramble

This story is a sequel to Feedback

A terrible loss has been averted, but even that has a price.

Between the disappearance of several hundred ponies from around the world, strange portals leading to alternate versions of Equestria, an unknown alicorn frequenting Ponyville for secretive reasons, and the arrival of a new race of ponies bringing some ulterior motives, the pieces sowed by Twilight’s fight with the Nameless are set to crash back down.

What happens when friendship fails? Who will take Twilight’s place within the grave?

The portal between Equestria and Sunset Shimmer’s world has closed unexpectedly. Despite Twilight and Sunset’s best efforts, the girls have been unable to come up with a solution. Running low on pages to talk across the dimensional rift, Twilight reads what might be Sunset’s final message to her. However much to Twilight’s surprise, there’s also another message to a different pony.

Inspired by a conversation with Tired Old Man and the story The Last Page, with apologies to Holy.

However she’s still a little murky on how to get all her friends to cooperate so things go as quickly and efficiently as possible. An alternative take on Every Little Thing She Does and inspired by a conversation with Tired Old Man.
