In the aftermath, Wallflower confesses to Sunset that some of what wasn't recovered was Sunset's previous memories of Wallflower - and the relationship they had together.

Not every changeling was in the Hive when the change happened. For those in distant posts, the days that followed were full of rumors, fear and panic.

In a city far from hive and home, a cell of changelings gather to understand what has happened and decide how to handle the seemingly mad new world they've been thrust into.

Probably the best thing to happen in Discord's long life was finding the magic of friendship. As much as the old Chaos Lord might complain, without it he would never have found so many that were dear to his heart.

When that heart finds itself empty, he comes to the Princess to ask a favor: allow him the opportunity to bring friendship to other dark hearts. All she has to do is lend him a statue.

The rest is in his chaotic claws.

When she finds that the cult is worshiping her as a divine figure, things become more uncomfortable.

So Twilight falls back to her safe answer: consulting with Celestia for advice.

Unfortunately, Celestia's answers are not what Twilight expected.

With Twilight now reigning over Equestria, her trusty Friendship Council at her side, the world should be settling into an era of peace and prosperity like nothing ever seen before. And yet, Dash is convinced that everything's gone wrong.

Fortunately, Applejack's there for her.

In the swirl of events surrounding her accession to the Equestrian throne, Twilight seems mostly concerned that Fluttershy may have developed a crush on her. Fortunately, Rarity's there for her.

Brought to you by watching Jordanis play Untitled Goose Game a bunch. Plus having Celestia be the goose instead of making Celestia deal with the goose was also his idea, and he edited it super well, so pretty much this is Jordanis' story, I just wrote bits of it.

To one young orphan girl named Sunset Shimmer, she could only dream of witnessing the ascent of one of Celestia's chosen. As the day approaches, she learns that she will be able to, as she has been selected by the crown as one of the girls to serve at the event.

Little did she know that this would be the seminal event of her life, and change her fate forever.
