After the malfunction of an ancient transportation device, the Captain of a spacefaring warship finds himself alone on a planet full of unusual and impossible creatures. His curiosity eventually leads to the discovery of age-old mysteries, and perhaps age-old enemies...

Immediately following the events of the Season 2 finale, Queen Chrysalis and her Changelings disappear off into the sunset, becoming nothing more than a twinkle in the sky to any observing eye. However, they weren't just gone from Equestria. They were gone from the entire world! Somehow, they had been transported to our Earth. Queen Chrysalis, specifically, lands outside the door of a human - James - in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Just about everypony in Ponyville knows Scootaloo. She's your normal, carefree pegasus foal who crusades for her cutie mark, zips around town on her scooter, and looks up to her idol Rainbow Dash. But what if that's not all there is to her? Scootaloo worries that her friends will find out that she's not the foal they know and love, or that she's not even a foal at all. But, when her secret does come out, their reactions might surprise her.

“And locking me away in a statue, to rot away in a garden, doesn’t show that?” The face on the statue squirmed and struggled to free the rest of its body.

“No. It doesn’t,” said Q. “But it would seem an opportunity has presented itself. The Enterprise is heading for this region of space. Perhaps you could utilize their presence to…provoke…a situation?”

Both Q started grinning together. “Oh you know me too well, Q. I always enjoy seeing my favorite starship captain.”

The blond Q reanimated the rest of the statue. Discord stepped off the pedestal onto the soft grass. “This is going to be so much fun,” said Discord as his shape began to contort and transform. Within moments a familiar figure in a Starfleet uniform was standing where Discord had been a moment before. As the pair started walking away the blond Q said, “Just remember, Q. This isn’t just some random species to be toyed with. Any species RELATED to the Q, can KILL the Q!”...

MLP Season 2

Looking for his friend, the Engineer crash lands in Sweet Apple Acres. When he learns he just missed him, he demands to be sent home as well. Unfortunately, getting back home won't be as easy as it was for his pyromaniacal friend.

Sequel to Pinkie Pie Meets the Pyro. I suggest you read it, if you haven't already. Imagine watching Rocky IV without watching Rocky III, it's possible, but the story isn't satisfactory and Cthulhu will hunt you down and claim your soul if you do.

July 22, 2013 Update: Total rework of the chapters, the story is tighter, more coherent, and I would like to apologize to the people who read it before this update. I reread all of it and saw so many obvious mistakes, really shoddy work, again sorry about it, I won't let it happen again.

In her youth, Twilight Sparkle discovered a way to infuse technology and magic. 20 years after her breakthrough, she is now the CEO and founder of Sparkle Industries, and one of the wealthiest ponies in Equestria. Her relatively perfect life goes sour, however, when she is captured by a group of griffons who want to steal her technology.

After one of Lyra's machine that was going to bring them to earth actually works, they are teleported onto 2fort, where they barley survive, but BLU team rescues them. They say they have to stop the invading RED team, which are invading battlements all over the world. And it seems that every pony is more than happy to help.

The star system Omega Centauri was just another oddity on a map to scientists in the not too distant future. However when they found the star was orbiting an earth-sized, earth-like planet instead of a black hole as its motion had suggested, a mission was scrambled to investigate this most unusual of celestial behaviors.

Hamstrung by politics, and nearly crippled before it began, the 'Lone Ranger' mission was reduced to just one crew member and left to his own devices.

All female species, including both children and foals, were rounded up and silently exterminated. Those who were alive took shelter in caves and underground hideouts. Technology from the Order was far more advanced than the whole world could ever comprehend. Far more advanced than the latest technological marvel from humanity, and far more powerful than any spell that any unicorn could ever muster up.

Forces are now being gathered up secretly, and planned retaliation against this new religous cult. Rumors of a new resistance organization shot across the world. Soldiers gathered up and trained troops, weapons and new technology were now being stolen, and a new movement was born.

This is a choose your own action sci-fi adventure, you are known as a mercenary, simply identified as the protagonist of this fic. You choose the relationships of the characters inside this story. Who will you fall in love with? One of the Mane 6, or the mysterious Blackmare who guides you throught your journey? Or will you go alone?
