Stalkers would deliver her baked goods to everyone in Ponyville.
With years of experience and baking, she patents her own brand of cupcakes. Her time formulating the right recipe at the Front's base paid off in the end. You contributed to her recipe with many exotic flavors in mind. After all, who wouldn't want to be Pinkie Pie's personal taste tester? The two of you have made untold fortunes in the baking business. Even though reprogramming the robots did not improve the damage done in the aftermath, it enlighted Ponyville's spirits to give them a whole aspect in life. From the wise words of Pinkie Pie; "Life is too short, so party away...."
The marriage between you and Pinkie would be held at the Sugarcube Corner. While you patiently wait for Pinkie Pie at the end of the carpetway, you wonder what surprises she would bring with her this time. A wedding cake that she crafted, stood in front of the altar for everyone to gaze in awe. The cake won awards for one of the most 'exquisite cakes ever made'. This was before Pinkie would burst from the cake, to scream her wedding vowels in a high pitched voice. She stuffed a chuck on her own cake inside your mouth before kissing you. Everyone chuckled due to her sudden appearance from the cake, and your shocked demeanor caught on every front page of the newspaper. A major but memorable food fight broke out after the wedding vowels were spoken. You would later retire with Pinkie Pie, to hand over the cupcake business to Mr. and Mrs. Cake's twin siblings.
Twilight Sparkle expands the evergrowing library of the Golden Oaks. All Order technology was now safely kept and documented for the intentions of good. She would give tours around the library for any newcomers of Ponyville. With your permission, Twilight writes an biography of your life and journey. It sells in the millions across the globe. She uses her money to promote education and literature. She opens up a college entited "The Academy of Profound Knowledge". With the combination of Order technology and magic, the Golden Oaks Library becomes the lead center for study around the world. Twilight Sparkle goes down in history as one of the greatest rulers who've ever lived.
Rainbow Dash resigns as her leader of the Front, to take command over the Wonderbolt's academy. With her experienced tactics and previous knowledge from facing the Order, she devises a universal miltary force entitled "The United Coalition of Equestria". This new military would ensure peace for everypony and human for that matter. Rapid technological innovations would see improvement in the aerial and ground forces under her rule. Dash releases a space program to monitor for any extraterrestrial threats. She reaches the highest rank possible before retiring.
Fluttershy takes her newfound knowledge of medical science to improve all quality of life. With her stamina impants, the average life expectancy was now a startling 300 years! She has also developed an implant that would reduce the natural aging process. Anyone who was 120 now looked like they were 30. She would later retire from the medical field, to pursue her lifelong passion of helping animals. Fluttershy would later develope the non-profit organization called the ASPPCA. The acronym stood for the Animal Society for the People and Ponies Caring for Animals. With the help of the remnant robots and her friends, she sets up headquarters on a tropical island. The oganization would seek out any stray or injured animals, abandoned by their owners due to the Order. It was heartwarming for the owners to finally reunite with their pets. She would also feed any malnorished critters along the way. The animals would all eventually find a home once society was reestablished. Fluttershy has forfilled her dreams as a animal caretaker, and has sucesfully helped thousands along the way.
Rarity would still search for that special someone along the way. She would fill her passion as a full time treasure hunter, and a part time dress designer. You join her with her hunts along with Spike. You would travel across the globe with her, to uncover lost treasures buried deep within the earth. Some of the rarest gems such as Painite, Alexandrite, Tanzanite, Benitoite, Poudretteite, Grandidierite, Musgravite, Jeremejevite, Red diamonds, and Red Beryl were uncovered. She would later design the clothing with such gems, with a few kept for herself. They would auction for around a billion bits. Rarity would expand the Carousel Boutique into a fashion center to show off her creations. She would eventually find that special someone in the process. Even through Spike was somewhat disturbed by this, he would later find companionship with Sweetie Belle. The Carousel Boutique became the headquarters for fashion and design. She would hand over the business to Sweetie Belle after retiring. Sweetie Belle turned out to be a remarkable fashion artist.
Applejack rebuilds Sweet Apple Acres with the remnants of Order technology. Inqusitors replanted apple orchards that were once harvested for the Order's use. Stalkers would pick the apples from the orchards, and Sentinels would hover the buckets back to the farm. Sweet Apple Acres has now doubled their apple production rate, and the Apple family retire to become multi millionares. Applejack would buck a tree from time to time. For old times sake.
So it was written. The final conclusion of your journey. Life continued onwards in peace and tranquility for Ponykind and Humankind. Your model of purity shall be an influence for generations to come. Many have lived and died during your lifetime, but your sacred oath of peace shall never be threatened by evil once more.....
