You, a young human living in Canterlot, have never fit in with anyone. It's been years since you were found in Equestria, and you've become a small outcast in this world of ponies. Hiding away from everyone, you find solace in another strange being, a weird black bug-like filly that calls herself Chrysalis.

It was a surprise that Dash offered a kiss as a prize at the charity auction. It was a surprise that the colts were as "enthusiastic" as they were. It was a surprise that Dash didn't leap on the colts and beat them for their comments.

But, the biggest surprise of all was which one of her friends bid on her kiss... and why.

A human has arrived in Equestria with one purpose. Oh look, how original. But... It's not to make friends? Not romance? And he didn't die? Why then, did he come to the land of Ponies? Personally, he blames Obama.

I have been forced to listen, for years, to the cold accusations and harsh remarks about my late friend, Vinyl Scratch. I have been too frightened to correct any of those statements, but as death draws near, I see no reason to fear for my sanity.
Believe what you will. If I did not change your views of her, if you merely pass this off as the rambles of a decaying mind, that is all fine with me. No matter what others think, I know the truth.
