The sixth doctor and his companion, Peri, land in Equestria. Now, in their new pony bodies, they are forced to stay there and help the ponies with various problems that are plaguing the land.

When Flash is assigned to escort Twilight to the Crystal Empire at Princess Celestia's insistence, tensions on all sides only seem to escalate.

Dragons can send letters with their fire breath, but they are too dangerous to approach. Spike, however, is a baby dragon; he is completely harmless. He is also a great assistant of Twilight Sparkle. Ponies begin to take notice of Spike's potential, and soon, everyone wants a Spike.

It's Hearts and Hooves Day in Ponyville again and Rainbow Dash is alone again this year, but not from a lack of trying. She had set her sights on the non-talkative brother of her best friend? Will she find a way to get the Earth Pony's attention?
