It all seemed to be finished, Sunset Shimmer had been defeated by a magic rainbow laser, and she tearfully apologized and said she wanted to learn a new way through friendship and Twilight asked her new friends to help the defeated bully to learn while she and Spike returned with the crown to Equestria, after celebrating the formal of course. When the formal ended Twilight said goodbye to her friends and she and Spike stepped through the portal to return home, only to walk into the statue. They missed their chance and were trapped in the human world.

With no known way home and unable to communicate with their friends the two Equestrians have to adjust to earth life while searching for a way to reopen the portal while dealing with a repentant Sunset Shimmer.

Well, that and a long hike through another dark spooky forest. And a complete change of species.

Year after year, Crystal Prep's Shadowbolts have won the Friendship Games, an inter-school competition. This year, however, Sunset Shimmer, Rainbow Dash, Pinkie Pie, and the rest of the girls are ready to win!

When a new competitor takes the field, the girls are thrown off guard. And not just because she's been stealing their hair. This girl bears a strong resemblance to one of their best friends, and she's planning something sinister.

Change happens, no matter what any creature wishes. Actions have consequences, no matter how badly you want to ignore them. And now, magic is starting to grow in the human world in a very big way, a way that can't be hidden in a single high school.

With the inevitable coming, inhabitants of two worlds have to scramble to get a grip on what's going on before it flows out of control. Hopefully they can figure out this new magic in time to ensure a peaceful relationship between the two worlds.

It's only a few days to the beginning of the Canterlot Metro Region's annual inter-school competition, the Friendship Games. Some of the Shadowbolts have a peaceful lunch, unaware that they're on the wrong side of a bigger conflict. Two days after that, the Rainbooms learn some alarming news.

After the events of the Friendship Games, Dean Mi Amore Cadenza and Alumnus Shining Armor's eyes are opened to the truth about Crystal Prep's principal, Cinch. In light of what Cinch did to pressure their precious Twilight Sparkle into becoming a magical she-demon, Cadence and Shining Armor finally decide that enough is enough, and together, they make the hardest decision that they've ever made in their life.

They quit.

This is a fic about what I think should happen after the Games are over and how Cinch should pay for her misdeeds and manipulation over her students and faculty.
