Once again Spike is left alone at the library while Twilight is away. Bored and tired of always staying inside he decides to go to a night club with a friend. While there he meets a mare that shows him to loosen up and live life to the fullest.

"Twilight Sparkle, you are hereby sentenced to exile!" From those words her entire world changed. Is her happy life gone forever? Or can it only get worse? What will befall the dethroned princess and will she have to bare her fate alone?

How absurd it is for the Princess of the night to have a night off! But, with Celestia's insistence, Luna really has no choice.

When she finds a scared, bullied little orphan on the streets, however, she can't very well return him back to the orphanage. What better place than at Canterlot Castle?

You always hear stories about how she eats little children every Nightmare Night, but looking after one? Now that is absurd!

Taking a vacation in a nice relaxing and peaceful country? That's good.
Taking a vacation and being blamed for the the theft of some very important jewelry? That's bad.
Taking a vacation and becoming public enemy number one? That's really bad.
Taking a vacation and being hunted by adorable pegasi, unicorns, and ponies? That's... different.

A mage decides to take a respite in what he assumes to be the peaceful and safe land of Equestria. Unfortunately he's accused of stealing the "Elements of Harmony", a powerful set of magical regalia, and goes on the run from the law. Now stuck in a land of magical ponies, cut off from his only way home, and now the most wanted creature in Equestria, does he have any hope of proving his innocence and going home?

Maybe, but let's laugh at him as he gets beat up by cute equines!

When Equestria is under attack by their griffon neighbors, one mare, along with a group of highly skilled fliers, will stop at nothing to reclaim their beloved country. Witness the war through the eyes of a young colt in occupied Canterlot, a desperate mother in search of her missing filly, and a cyan rainbow maned pegasus. Jake the Clydesdale, a full grown horse that lives in the lap of luxury. Everyday he gets all the apples he could ever want and gets to run as far as his heart needs. All the humans ask is that he pulls a wagon in front of a camera during a sports game once a year. Deep down, he know's that this life isn't enough...he wants to work, to actually feel useful and even find the mare of his dreams.

Today he finally made a statement.

He let the humans know he was unhappy. Now he sits in his stall tied to the post and awaiting judgment...just before he drifts to sleep, he looks out at the night sky, finding the brightest star and praying to whatever deity could save him from the nightmare of his stale life.

He never guessed someone would hear him...
