Rainbow Dash has experienced many crashes, and somehow manages to pick herself up and carry on after a couple of weeks. However when she suffers a crash that would be fatal to any other normal pegasus and somehow manages to survive,and a suspicious Twilight begins to question how Rainbow is still living, Dash starts to have repetitive nightmares and discovers a terrifying secret that she's been keeping from herself. What and who is the thing inside Rainbow Dash?

An impostor?

With a overdue storm on its way, Princess Celestia prepares to finish the day's business when an exhausted Rainbow Dash rushes in with an 'important message' from Twilight. When the contents of the message cause Rainbow to lose her temper, Celestia decides to teach her a special lesson in friendship.

Now that finals are done, I'll be able to produce a lot more chapters. Hopefully one every couple of days. The Spectral Fire is very explicit; Ch4 is much less so [but with a couple sexy moments XD].

This is not a Clopfic. However, there are sexual moments (as in any romance) and very very minor language.

There may be more explicit chapters depending on if it would make it better.

This is a light/subtle parody; I guess the title didn't make that as clear as I thought? Still, it's not entirely silly, and it's getting a little more serious as a result of the positive response.

Rainbow Dash is visited by Soarin not too long after the Royal Wedding. The two decide to spend some time together... But Dash gets confused about her feelings, so she goes around trying to figure out what the hay is going on. As much as she hates to admit it, she's pretty clueless when it comes to romance. Unfortunately, so are most of her friends, but Rarity knows what to tell her- And Rainbow Dash isn't quite so willing to accept the truth.

Ending up wounded in a rather sticky situation all alone, she thinks that the Wonderbolts wont even notice her disappearance, they would leave, after all they didn't care.
