Instead of dealing with the sudden attack of the changelings, Twilight Sparkle faces a dilemma that she is far less prepared for: her brother getting married...to another stallion! And not just any stallion, but her former foalsitter Prince Bolero! The stallion that she had a crush on back when she was a filly! Or at least she thought she had a crush on him, her parents certainly teased her enough when she got older. Nonetheless, how will Twilight make peace with not only who they are, but who she is?

Written for my very first Quills and Sofas flash-fic contest, Panic #96: Pop Quiz! This was written in an hour (or just under an hour, I saw the announcement 9 mins late!), although I went back and made a few small edits for grammar after the fact! I placed second! Thanks to everyone for the warm welcome, it was a lot of fun!!

A new wagon, a new start, and a slight detour. These elements all result in Trixie's day off and trying to avoid having a problem to deal with. Although things don't always go so smoothly.

Takes place during "Slice of Life"

A cynical brony watched the new G5 movie and shockingly hates it, especially the main protagonist. But next thing he knows, he finds himself inside the film himself, right at the start. As guess which despised character? The clue's in the title...

Will he stick with the script? Or bend the rules a bit? Or, a lot? His choices could have far-reaching ramifications for everypony, but does he even care? And where even is his butt?!

The answers to these questions (well, most of them anyway) will soon be answered.

Twilight, having just been through a harrowing time-travel ordeal thanks to Starlight, is finally able to enjoy some time with her friends. And naturally, they're keen to know of what she and Spike saw in all those parallel versions of Equestria, with one in particular catching their interest.

Now that Trixie’s marefriend, Starlight Glimmer, has also become her assistant, she is eager to show her just how thrilling life on the stage can be. Of course, she does have to go easy on the poor girl, so a small town where nopony should know of her that well should do nicely. There’s no way the ponies of Ponyville, a town surely so boring to have such a dull name, wouldn’t appreciate a lovely magic show from the Great and Powerful Trixie and her lovely assistant, right?
