Why would they all just give up on me? I know the truth, but they refuse to hear it. Why won't they just listen?

A terrible new day rises when a tragedy, foreseen only by Celestia but preventable by none, occurs right in the middle of Canterlot, turning Twilight Sparkle's world upside-down. This story is a sequel to Celestia Sleeps In

After the accidental discovery of humans, Celestia tasked Lyra with learning about Dale's culture and Dale's language. Two meetings later, a misunderstanding caused Dale and a Coast Guard woman to be inadvertently transported to Equestria. With the two humans hospitalized and communication limited at best, the Equestrians just want to heal them, while back on earth the Coast Guard wants nothing more than to determine what happened to one of their sailors.

Bon Bon is your average hard working mare, running her own candy stall in Ponyville. But when Princess Celestia tries one of her candies, she gives Bon Bon the offer of a lifetime: the opportunity to become the Royal Confectioner. With Twilight by her side, how will Bon Bon cope with the changes ahead?

Set after Twilight's ascension, the previously considered senseless tribes of humans are holding their own against a powerful Griffin invasion set against their civilized homeland.

The humans, as they are, are little more than savage beast with honed killing instincts. The brutality of these abominations is second to none. They fight amongst each other and sell the defeated males into slavery for things that they couldn't produce on their own.

However, they now seem more organized and united now than ever. Which has Celestia worried about a possible growing threat.

Twilight is sent on a mission to learn as much she can about the humans and their tribal ways, and as she continues her journey she begins to unravel the mysteries of a species that perhaps, should have stayed dead.

Not 100% percent sure where I'm going with this story, but that's part of the fun, and I know I'll get there eventually.

But after saving two fillies and enlisting them to be her students in magic, they go on adventures together to survive the ruthless world they live in. Twilight Sparkle is the prized student of Princess Celestia, two-fold champion of Equestria, bearer of The Element of Magic, and general mare of renown. But we are all a product of our history and Twilight, along with the whole of Equestria, is no exception. When she is asked by Princess Celestia to look into an strange new field of magic, our studious heroine will get to learn first-hoof just how fickle history, and how important its quirks, can be.
