This is a Star Wars/MLP crossover short-fic in celebration of the MLP movie soon to be released in theaters this October.
And Spoiler warning for those who don't want to know about the character.

For thousands of generations, the Jedi Knights fought against the call of the Dark Side and have strived to rid the Galaxy of its influence. And while the Fallen Jedi Knight Sunset Shimmer has been rescued and accepted by her new friends, the road to redemption is not an easy path for one who has been tainted by the Dark Side. Thus, Sunset Shimmer will embark on a journey to the deepest regions of the galaxy, a quest to not only forgive herself, but to discover about the very mysteries of the Force itself.

An AU story based on Amante Animation's amazing crossover of Star Wars and Equestria Girls: Duel of Fates.
As an AU, this tale primarily relies on the events of Episode 1 (as my story was developed before Episode 2 came out, so discrepancies between the two episodes will exist as a warning.)

So come, let us take a journey to a long time ago, in a galaxy far, far away....

Darth Vader and Tempest Shadow hunt for the Princess Twilight Sparkle and the rest of the Main Six in Klugetown. And it is up to Twilight to prevent herself and her friends from getting captured.

While on his way back to Coruscant from a mission, Jedi Master Obi-Wan Kenobi is caught up in a strange phenomenon, a vortex that appears and sucks him into another dimension entirely.

Awakening, Obi-Wan finds himself in a land called Equestria on the planet Equis, surrounded by anthropomorphic ponies.

Will he be able to find a way back to his own dimension, and his responsibilities as General in the Clone War, or will he find a new destiny in the land of Equestria?

And if he does choose to stay, will the struggles and enemies of his past truly be behind him?
And what of new problems and potential threats that would seek to harm him and his new friends?

What is cetain however, is that the future of Equestria will surely be altered by the arrival of Obi-Wan Kenobi.

As an agent of the Jedi Council, Revan Vao, distant descendant of Republic Hero Mission Vao, has seen some of the worst examples of sapient behavior that the Republic can offer, when a freak occurrence forces her to crash on Equestria, she is stuck with no way home. Now she just has to adapt to a land based upon Harmony and Friendship and filled with talking ponies.

A few days ago, RC-1207 "Sev" was pounding a Seperatist ship with Wookie turbolasers when he was overwhelmed. Now he's in a prison camp a few lightyears away. His cellmate is a male quadruped calling himself "Big Macintosh". He doesn't know where his brothers in Delta Squad are, or even where he is.

RC-1000 is the newest member of Tau Squad. Or was, rather. After the rest of Beta Squad was killed in action, he was assigned to Tau, who had just lost their own brother. They were tolerant but distant, and on his second mission with them the "new guy" got captured. Now he's sharing a cell with a female quadruped named "Octavia".

They're going to bust out. And as they try to adjust to the thought that they each might be the sole warrior on the planet, they will think more than a clone, even a commando, normally would. They will fight to defend their new friends. To defend aliens that care about them in ways they haven't experienced as mere soldiers.

Once banished for a crime she didn't commit until she was rescued by Delta Squad. Now Twilight Sparkle must adapt to her new life serving the Grand Republic Army as a commando with Delta Squad. What does the future holds for Twilight and her new family. Will she ever return to Equestria again to face her past.

This is my first fanfic. So please go easy on the criticism please and enjoy.

This take place after a month of the battle of Geonosis but will not relate to the novels.
