If you’ve managed to find this notebook and can actually read this text, I dare say I’ve either been saved or I’m dead at this point. Ignore the blood and ink blotches on the pages, I can’t say I’m writing this in my best condition right now. But I’m getting ahead of myself…

First, let me introduce myself… My name is Twilight Sparkle, protege to Equestria’s Princess Celestia, the Eternal Sun. The year is 1004 ANM... Sometime in the summer or spring back in Equestria if my companion is correct.

Well… I guess I’ll tell you a little bit of how I got here. It started with a spell from Star Swirl the Bearded, one of Equestria’s greatest magicians. I cast his spell to seemingly no effect, but when I woke the next day, I had found every one of my friend’s cuties marks to have swapped. It took so much work, but I… we managed to fix it all, leading us back to the spell once again, and fixing it. Then…

Forgive me, I’m starting to smudge the ink- this has just been so much for me. It hurts to recall all these memories.

We cast the spell once again, a fixed version, one that should have finished it's actually purpose. I was surrounded in a blinding light, glyphs appearing around me as it carried me up. I could recognize a handful of them, projection runes, location markings, just to name a few. Then… everything went white

This story features quite a number of dark or gruesome scences. While not enough to be marked as a straight dark fiction, it does have horrific moments.

Drifting Away is an alternate universe story taking place after the events of season 3, up to the point of Twilight's alicorn transformation. All events are canon up to that point.

Trapped in an unfamiliar world ruled by magical talking ponies, Phoenix must draw on all his wits and experience to solve the crime and uncover the conspiracy behind it... before Rainbow Dash is banished to the sun for a murder she didn't commit.

Three months had passed since the Crystal Plague ended not just the war for the Crystal Empire - but whatever whole of society that had remained. Cities and towns were laid to waste in mere days.

A former soldier, nomading his way from place to place since the fall of the country, is saved from a close scrape with death by another fellow soldier - one he had never met.

When she mentions of a potential paradise within the country, they will both journey the remnants of the once proud land of Equestria - in hopes that they will one day find this promised land.

As Twilight Sparkle moves to Ponyville, her worst fears of the prophecy are made real, and the dark sorceress unleashes her curse. But the prophecy failed to mention that she would not rise alone. During her imprisonment on the Moon, the corrupted goddess had taken three young colts from Equestria, and raised them to learn her dark magic. And as she trains them to spread darkness across the realm, the boys begin to look upon Nightmare Moon as their loving guardian. It is these three colts who are the key to fulfilling their mother's wish; to live in disguise among the ponyfolk, and stop the Elements of Harmony from keeping back the beauty of eternal night.

Changeling 8480/D wanted to become something more in life, and this is his story, his tale of ascension to power greater than any one changeling.

Starting a MLP DnD game with some friends and I was told to make a backstory for my character. I chose Sigma because I like the name, and he is a changeling warlock. Uploading here for funzies.

Shining Armor has faced off against three of Equestria's greatest threats and with each time he has faced them, he has failed to defeat them. As a result, he goes into a deep depression of his actions where he meets his mentor who attempts to help him regain his confidence. However, he must attempt to prove himself when a Changeling General kidnaps Cadence and Twilight in an effort to avenge Queen Chrysalis' defeat.
