cupcake finds out her husband's sperm is broken but since both she and him want a kid secretly gets an artificial insemination (that is why the kids are a unicorn and pegasi) and dont tell carrot despite how weird it seems, later on shit happens and carrot blames cupcake on cheating and goes for pinkie or something else will happen.

I am down with Pinkie being slightly naive and being innocent/virgin but man the ignorance you have her showing was almost painful to read. I tend to prefer Pinkie being oblivious to somebody liking her in that way rather than being oblivious to what even sex is.

And even if you were right, being drunk is no excuse. She made the decision to go out drinking, she decided to let a stallion buy her drinks, and she decided to go home with him. She is completely responsible for her own actions. If Pokey had been some monster dropping drugs in her drink then I would agree with you...that is not what happened. She is just as responsible as if she got drunk and killed Pokey instead of sleeping with him. Alcohol is not a 'get out of jail free card', otherwise we will have to start apologizing to alot of abusive mates and parents as well as murderers.
And how exactly is Pokey a 'sleez'? He was drinking right with her and never made illusions about what he was doing while he continuously hit on her (gee a guy is buying me drinks and hitting on me, what could that mean?). Well if memory serves, unless he knew her as Mrs. Cake there's no way to tell a mare is married in the world of Equestria. It's not like they have wedding bands. So while Pokey is despicable for taking advantage of a drunk mare whose in heat I personally can't hold any animosity towards him as a homewrecker because he in all likelihood has no idea she's married.
As for no condom. Since we're dealing with a land that isn't surprised when it's females are fertile, contraceptives actually do make sense. Just because say, Twilight is in heat, doesn't mean she wants to be a mother... It also doesn't mean she doesn't want that itch scratched. BUUUUT From the sound of things Mrs. Cake wasn't gonna give him a choice :P

I think you've got the point there that Steel was going for, actually.
Let's look, objectively, at what Pokey's done here. He's in the back of the bar, watching Cup have her first bottle. He goes up to chat with her, and they have another bottle each.
No real problem here, admittedly, though at this point, he can see that she's a little tipsier than one might expect after just two drinks, so he ought to be adjusting his idea for what's appropriate downwards.
Berry provides them with two shots each next, and Pokey coaches Cup through downing them both.
Now, at this point, he's had three drinks (that we know of, at least), and Cup four. That said, he's seen that she's a bit of a lightweight, and has seen that the bartender is concerned about the amount of alcohol Cup's going through in a short period of time. Then, when she decides she's going to go home, he pushes to go with her.
Now, he has a reason, sure. But if that reason is sincere (he knows she's dangerously drunk), he should also know that she is in no condition to offer informed, unimpaired consent. This is compounded by the fact that she's in heat - even if being in heat isn't as big a mental issue for an unimpaired pony, couple that with being drunk enough you can't go home on your own, and I see that as a one-way ticket to court for any guy who decides to screw her. Pokey, for his own self-preservation, should know better than to take her home and screw her. Take her home, fine, if you're feeling like living dangerously, but wait until she's sober to start making offers. Play the "I'm a nice guy who wouldn't take advantage of you, after all, I didn't do it last night when you were throwing yourself at me" card.
But when she wakes up in his bed, he'd better not be surprised if the first thing she says isn't "wake up, handsome," but instead, "POLICE!"
Honestly, the one who should really be putting a stop to it was Berry. At the very least, she should've pulled Pokey aside for a moment and warned him that she was married, because she has that piece of critical information that he does not, and she has the benefit of being sober.
So, really? There's blame to go all around, not just at Cup, and not just at Pokey, but at everypony at that bar who spoke.

She'll wake up, have a 'what the hell did I do?' moment where she realizes she just potentially screwed her marriage up, and then have to decide to lie to her husband, or tell him the truth. And if the author is doing what i suspect he's doing.... Well... I'll let that be a surprise :P
Depends on how drunk, and on whether or not the witnesses think that he was buying her drinks in order to get her falling-down drunk and get her in bed. Of course, it's not like Pokey was... ooooh.....
