You can make people feel a certain way, or change their opinion on something; just by the way you write a character. I'ts awesome. You could write a novel! I think this is the last ponystory I had over at Fanfiction. I think. I actually forgot about posting this one up at first, after all. But I also just finished a new story today that now just needs to be edited and cleaned up a little, too, so. There'll always be more to read. But thanks very much: I've always believed characterization to be the strongest part of a story so that's what I always try and focus on, and I'm glad it tends to work out. I hope you continue to enjoy my crazy writing.
This was an amazing story. It fits so perfectly with how I see Discord as well, and the Nordic references were excellent. I also love the idea that Discord was actually the good guy somehow, much like "The Story of The THree Little Pigs According to the Big Bad Wolf." And...am I the only one thinking what Discord gave the pony was hope?

I've been waiting to finally put in my two cents on this. For one, THANK YOU. You gave every true Discord fan alive a look into the heart of the chaos he is. You made it possible for us to understand: Discord isn't evil, he's just different. And when he escaped he really didn't care if he took over, it was more just an elaborate farewell. And in closing, I too believe Discord gave us Hope, the final spirit of Pandora's Box, and the thing that we all should cherish as Discord does.

It's a little all over the map and it can be kind of hard to make all that chaos make sense while. Not making sense if you know what i mean. 3041679 the life of Hades, Loki, nemesis, hecta and jannus all in a nutshell. hades is considered evil because he drew the short straw, Loki is considered evil for the same reason discord is, jannus and hecta, man thier not even evil and have to put up with the crap. man im glad im not a god, cause if i was god of something like life, death, or anything unnatural, HOLY CHRIST would there be a shit storm. besides that, great story.

Wow, you certainly wrote Celestia as a cold hearted bitch in this. There's a bit of "Lavender Unicorn Syndrome" in this (especially the phrase "winged unicorn", but other than that, very solid.

Well, that was odd, but interesting all the same. Which seems fair for a Discord story.
Honestly, the whole "Discord was a harmless prankster whom Tyrantlestia imprisoned and slandered" retcon is the one thing about your series I've found a bit mean-spirited and unnecessary (shouldn't her nearly burning Equestria to the ground be enough reason for the other characters to knock her off her pedestal?) but getting to see this battle helps a bit with that. Celestia seems harsher than strictly necessary, sure, but one can see how she could get there while having her ultimate first-season self be recognizable.

I'm always pretty mean to Celestia, possibly because she scares me.
But at the same time, I do want her to be understandable, and someone people can empathize with, especially later on once I start getting into why she has a habit of... making mistakes as she does. She's really not a bad pony, at all. But she is... much harder than a lot of people expect to see.
