This is an interesting start.
This entire foray is *absolutely fascinating*, and to see Raven so on the back hoof, and Luna... noticeably in pain, if she wasn't so obvious about hiding it. Not that anypony would notice. Or ask. Because It Simply Isn't Done.
And here we are.
So rare to see Raven as the main character. I have to say that this story hits all the right notes.
At least they managed to reac some common ground. I wonder how often Raven had to work with Princess Luna before this point.
An interesting start, let's see where it goes.
I don't know what to comment here... The personalities of the characters just feel so alive that I genuinely feel the emotions they are feeling while reading... Loving it. Their interactions feel so real.
Smolder is needlessly aggressive about it but I guess that's not strange for a dragon.
I wouldn't think that so many creatures would object to the restoration of the Castle. I guess you can't please everyone.

Lol, poor Raven, is no one on her side? On the other hand what could she really have expected? There are lots of conflicting interests around the castle. I have a feeling that Twilight needs to make some informed command decisions here.

I feel so torn... Raven is my favourite and I empathize with how stressful this is becoming for her... But I also have been in the EXACT situation the student six are in right now!!!
I don't want them to take Raven to court for trying to block their access to a communal entrance.
(We won that lawsuit by the way. The judge ruled that no one party could unilaterally block a communal entrance. And that even if we were given a way to open the gate he wanted to install, that could still lead to our access being unavailable in some situations.)
I guess there's going to have to be a permanently open way for the student six to enter and exit freely... Maybe a tunel, with the spirit of the Tree of Harmony acting as guardian... I think there might be a way to go up from the cave where the tree was into the treehouse!

Probably. And Princess Raven Inkwell has a nice ring to it. And therein lies the possibility of an interesting story: For whatever reason Celestia is absent and Raven has to rule Equestria in her place, shenanigans happen.
But I think Raven is happy just scheduling the Princess days, rather than living the Princess days.
Raven has one good day. Girl deserves it.

I'm gonna say that Equestria probably would start to resemble modern Germany a bit. Lot's a bureaucracy and ponies that follow all the rules.
And maybe a town called Ravensburg somewhere...
