I was going to point out the problem with that (Zephyr is canonically so sleazy that even Fluttershy can't stand him, and she's both his sister and Fluttershy), but then I found out that Luna apparently finds him rapeable in this fic so it's clearly Bizarro Zephyr Breeze and therefore none of that applies.

Eh, it's more she's fed-up with how lazy he is rather than sleaziness. I mean, despite the fandom interpretation, going by canon, he's laser-focussed on Rainbow Dash, way more than Spike is on Rarity.
