So, Sour lives on her own and lives with landlords that have her over a barrel. I have questions that I hope are answered.

Remember in Lemon Zest's story where Sour Sweet tells her that Sour Side stopped her from killing herself by telling her to make a friend? Hopefully that reassures you just a little bit.
So she’s gone insane because of her situation back home.
Makes sense.

And that's, dear Sour why you always take rent receipt. Also, I like this one more than Lemon one, but I can't get rid of the feeling that some scenes are kinda outlines, waiting to be filled with more detail. Sour's dream is kinda like this, it barely starts to impact the reader and it's over.
Ah, so THAT’S why she was in an extra pissy mood that day.

And rent is due the next day? Cinnamon Flash and Blueberry Dazzle must be related to Sour Sweet in some way. Otherwise, they wouldn't have been able to slap her and legally get away with it.

Yeah, it sounds like they're either related to her or are her legal guardians for some reason. Foster parents maybe. If not, we're circling around a huge plothole (unless there really are no other flats for rent in town. Or no police and recording devices).

Simple. She's underage and she's no Sunset Shimmer. There is no way she could possibly rent a place at her age. Any landlord would have been kicked her out for all the damage she's done to the place. So the only conclusion was that they were her parents. I came up with them possibly being her guardians later on.

Ahh the joy of people who think mental illness is just a ploy to get attention ... I'm sorry, but even though this is fiction I've known people who've had similar (though not QUITE to that extreme) experiences to this in real life and I'm convinced there is a special place in hell for people who perpetrate such things.
Question: If Sour Sweet has to pay rent, how does she get the money?

Honestly, I really want to feel for Sour Sweet, but this chapter seems a bit too rushed. Maybe consider expanding on it a bit, like showing the previous interactions between Sour and her parents regarding Sour Side. Hell, maybe even what led to the surfacing of Sour Side in the first place.

Finally caught up with all of these! The drama and foreshadowing can be laid on a bit thick sometimes, but it’s fascinating to see all of these perspectives interact and slowly build up this universe.
Indeed, not too much new to say about this, but it’s kind of a sweet scene.
