This story is a sequel to My Little Mages: The Remarking of Time
After moving into The Castle of Friendship, Starlight has begun her lessons in friendship under Twilight's wings. However, the Summer Sun Celebration is only a day away and Shining Armor and Cadance's baby is expected any day.
As Twilight is excited about the arrival of her niece or nephew and has found out that Starlight's first friend Sunburst has moved to Krystalopolies, once the invitation to the Crystaling of the newborn arrived, the decision was made.
However once in Krystalopolies, Twilight finds out that Shining and Cadance could use her help. Thus Starlight has to confront her old friend with Spike and a Twilight checklist.
What about Shining Armor's and Cadance's child can cause so much stress on the two?
Will Starlight and Sunburst reconnect?
Wait... Did I hear that correctly? The Crystal Heart Broke? And the Wendigos have returned???
Can a solution be found or will Krysalopolies be blanketed in ice and snow?

, but I thought AJ, Rarity, and Dash going through the trouble of making Flurry gifts was adorable, and I kind of didn't want that to be adapted out. Anyways, your call.

Hey there. Thanks very much for getting the next story started. I really appreciate you going to the effort. Once again, very good job on the characterizations, exchanges and future chapter set-up in all the right places. I particularly liked the combination of general episode faithfulness with additional details, including the other strongly-considered first friendship lessons, the friendly wager between Rainbow and Twilight as well as Starlight's description of her past dynamic with Sunburst and the detail of Twilight Velvet writing a Daring Do graphic novel .
At any rate, I will most assuredly be looking forward to more of this, but will also be VERY willing to respect how real life matters will need to take top priority.
Thanks for posting this story on my birthday! This is a real treat since Flurry Heart is one of my favorite characters.

Once again, splendid job on the latest chapter. The exchanges, characterizations, added information and future chapter set-up are all well done in all the right places. I particularly liked the details concerning the Crystal Heart and the Windigos as well as Twilight and Flash's reunion, the extra details concerning Shiny and Cadance's VERY understandable exhaustion , exactly how rare naturally born demigods are AND the amount of difficulty Twilight and Flash are having with Flurry Heart even before the Crystal Heart shatters.
Yeah, I'm definitely going to be looking forward to more than this, but am also mature enough to respect that you have your own life that must take top priority AND that inspiration might not be always easy to come by. Thus, it's very likely that patience could be required.
Okay, my thoughts:
Is that weird? 
1. Yes! Baby gifts! I love baby gifts. Thanks for somehow working that element into this chapter.
2. OH MY GOSH! FLASH! I haven't seen him in your stories in a while. "squeal!"
3. Okay, that awkward, unintentional bro-hug on Shining's part is just making me ship Flash and Twilight so much harder.
4. You've got to finish that Siren story as soon as possible. It's leaving a bit of a hole in this story, especially in the question of why Flash and Twilight haven't spoken to each other in a while.
5. Aww, baby Flurry Heart likes her "Uncle" Flash.
6. You owe me a heart transplant. Do you have any idea how many times my heart blew up while I was reading this chapter?

You seem to miss the point if you think Spike is being cold.
Okay, this chapter was short. I don't know how I feel about it. It was just a bunch of build-up and exposition, not to mention a bit of fixing. I see Twilight isn't comfortable about being politically active. To be honest, I wouldn't be either, but what needs to be done needs to be done. "sigh"
Again, you did an excellent job on the chapter. Sorry I took a while to get around to posting the review. Nothing to blame except self-admitted laziness. Still, the exchanges, characterizations and future chapter set-up were, of course, all quite well done. I particularly liked the explanation concerning the fact the Windigos didn't try anything during Sombra's reign, as well as the efforts to get as many of the civilians as possible to relative safety AND the reactions to the quick explanations .
So, yeah, I will very certainly be looking forward to more of this, but I also know and respect that you have a life outside the computer room.

All I can say is great job on the final chapter of this story. :-D The exchanges, action, characterizations and general wrap-up were all very well done. :-D
I absolutely loved the greater detail shown in Celestia and Luna's attempts to keep the Windigoes at bay as well as the added detail going into that spell needed to repair the Crystal Heart as well as the chat close to the end between Starlight and Sunburst AND what I guess to be an end cameo by Thorax .
I'll most assuredly be looking forward to more of your work, but will also respect the fact that you DO have a life outside the computer room that requires attention too.
