Oof. I'd suggest breaking up a lot of your run-on sentences and using more full-stops. Internal dialogue shouldn't be in angle brackets. Cup Cake's dialogue about picking up pills is a little forced. You have some odd sentence constructions too, like the closing line.
Rest of it is great though. Great sensory descriptions. Good use of kid terms to describe Pound's limited perspective/knowledge.
