A stipulation likely picked by AJ instead of himself. The whole point of making bets like that is to try to pick something the other party wouldn't want to do. So that doesn't count for anything without more information.
Which is later implied to be because he desires the power to be special as he sees himself a nobody compared to his little sister who's saved the world multiple times over. And when the only example of a prince is Blueblood, is it really a surprise he wants to be a princess instead? Again, could easily be interpreted as something else that I believe is far more likely without more information.
The only piece of evidence that I'll agree possibly holds some weight. But then there's the rule of comedy to consider, so... Again, it's explainable by other means.
So who knows? He could be, he could not be. I don't think we have enough evidence to suggest he is but none really to suggest he's not either. I'd be down for it though! I'd love to see some more Orchard Blossom!
