To be honest, the unbirthing sequence didn't strike me as clop in this context, but felt more like a passage taken from classic mythology. Then again, classic mythology essentially is grimdark and fetish clop with a fancy veneer.
But seriously ... it fit.

I don't know, maybe it is cause of my atheistic background, but this feels like it is getting kinda preachy.
From preachy to really weird... Cadance is being humped into a changeling with an alicorn dick. The above picture is still my reaction... just different emotions behind it.

I find the slight parallel of changeling Cadance to be interesting, though her description here is far cooler. Also, the process you used isn't that bad. I've actually seen the same idea used with a human to xenomorph transformation.
