Though, the updates of this one will be slower than my other fic since some dialog need to be properly planned.
Also, I've noticed that Canon Kumagawa has a few things in common with Pinkie Pie, or with Pinkamena, at least. If you've read Medaka Box, then you should also be able to see what I'm talking about.

Kumagawa was one of the characters that I knew to be near impossible to write, but AWESOME to listen to! I can already see Celestia bashing in the horizon, and with Discord out of the equation the whole world can become weird.
Unless of course Kumagawa uses his abilities to bring him back.
I really like this chapter because it is really well written, this is classic Kumagawa and you should feel awesome at nailing his personality down, from the casual fun loving side, to his 'serious' loser side. If you can pull off a Angry Kumagawa then I will seriously be impressed.
Tracking and Favorite.
I'm going to go into this story being supercritical because Kumagawa is by far my 3rd favorite villain ever, after the Hazama/Terumi duo. Praying to not be disappoint.

You need to check your formatting some. I'm looking through the site fonts but I can't see Kumagawa's cool guy quotemarks in any of them so far. If you can get those to work, they offset the text enough that you don't need to add regular quotation marks for him.
Also kind of disappointed this is just a regular displace -- I mean, if anyone has 20 quadrillion * rand() skills, it's Discord, and if anyone inflicts permanent changes, it's the Tree of Harmony, and if there's any meaningful time interval in the ponylands, it's N thousand years, and if any fictional world has a plausible reason to knock somebody into Equestria, it's Medaka Box, with e.g. the advanced form of Nursery Rhyme Style: Storybook Style.
For a Kumagawa who's got "Non Fiction" in his repertoire, he seems awfully bitter. I mean, he screwed his spite and/or desperation into Ajimu, possibly the ultimate elite (first among Not Equals?), and had enough good experiences that it just dissolved. And "Non Fiction" is basically his remorse and desire to atone, which he kind of wishes would go away and stop bothering him.
...he kind of feels like Discord in that way, a little.

Mah, ma~h. Lighten up, man. This is fan fiction, MLP fanfiction. These are just 'What if' scenarios that people think that might, or want, to happen. I'm not a great author, I admit that, but I'd like to think that I'm decent enough to get the notice of a few people out there for their entertainment. Writing the dialog for this was hard, you know. It should've been written with Luna's speech patterns like in the show, but I don't know enough about that era's grammar and words to actually pull it off, so I settled with bad drama-like sentences. (If you know your theater plays then you should know what I'm talking about, or even old movies that still had bad acting.)
As for this style of writing, I'm trying to copy the web novel stlyes that I've read. They've all been translated, but grammar isn't really prioritized, yet people can understand it enough that they're entertained. The Medaka Box series is a Manga that actually involves a lot in word play. This is pretty challenging, given who I'm using and what series he came from, but it's fun. I'm having fun in writing this and only writing this because it's fun.
I hope that clears some things up with you, but you should really lighten up.

'Kumagawa's good guy quotemarks'? I'm not sure what you mean by that. If you're talking about the bars that he has for his dialog, then I did put them in, if not then you'll have to explain.

Do you have any idea how hard it is to write a Medaka Box character? It has a pretty complex word play that I need to have firm grasp of the English language to pull off, or at least know enough words to at least come close, especially for someone like Kumagawa. Also, he's the only one in the series that I actually paid attention to in the whole series, and, even then, I still haven't fully grasped his personality and quirks.
The reason that he's a bit OOC is cause, well, he's a Displaced, and not really Canon Kumagawa. Since his abilities are tied to his mental state, that means that some powers will be stronger than others. His Non-Fiction is the weakest at the moment, with All Fiction and Book Maker still being the same as the one in Canon (Post Election Battle).
As for the Discord bit... well, I think it's more like that combination of Discord and Pinkie Pie (because he always smiles a lot a rarely make sense).

The brackets mean that he's mostly lying, or outright saying bullshit. If he talks without the brackets, that means that he's telling the truth.
As for where he pulls out his screws... well. It's similar to how Pinkie pulls things from her mane. Or if you want it in simpler terms, just think of him as the closest thing to Pinkie Pie when it comes to ignoring physics.
I thought this was going to be some mindless drivel about how this guy can never win. BOY WAS I RIGHT!

Well, although you put the quote brackets in, I can't see them. They're showing up as unknown characters, but I'm Chrome on Windows so maybe it's me.
The "cool guy" was just me playin' around with another reading of "put things in brackets".
I started reading this chapter with little-to-no expectation. I thought "oh, yay, another silly displaced," because we already have tons of them, but I finished reading with a newfound respect for you. This one chapter earned you a spot in not only my read later folder but my favorites.

All Fiction can undo anything/everything or the existence of anything/everything, so wouldn't it be able to do the same with the lack thereof?
Misogi could give himself whatever powers he wanted and the knowledge on how to best use them, or better yet, remove the possibility of him ever losing, what with All Fiction's limiter seemingly being that the suer has to know something exists/doesn't exist.
Please feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.

The anime/manga had an explanation of why he couldn’t do that because he can’t alter normal powers but minus or his minus work different I think he did manage to change it but couldn’t get rid of the side effect
