I was at a basketball game and I suddenly wondered if we'd see a cheerleading team in EQG 3.
Decently interesting start from this side of things, but one quick note on grammar that is absolutely necessary to solve immediately.
In English prose, dialogue must always end with punctuation. If at the end of a sentence, the dialogue should have a period within the quotation marks. If in the middle of a sentence, providing there is no need to add an exclamation or question mark, dialogue should have a comma within the quotation marks to end the thought.

I noticed that you never used a comma, though about half the time you did use a period in dialogue correctly. There were also a couple of times you dropped periods from the end of normal sentences. Overall, you really need to look into getting a proofreader/editor, or if you already have one, fire him.
