A new world has opened up, and a magical disturbance has been located inside that world. King Mickey sends Sora and Donald to this new world to find the disturbance and deal with it properly. But when they arrive at this new world, more problems are added to them, the Fall Formal, keeping where they're really from a secret, and most of all, what's really on the line...

Reading this this actually feels like a true storyline in a Kingdom Hearts Game, with the events of the movie happening and Sora getting involve. There does seen to be a lot of ideas that can happen in this kind of events (Fluttershy having a crush on Sora,and Celestia seen to know what's going on), so I'm looking forward to the story your telling!
Oh and one little thing, try to cramp more stuff into your chapters as it seens as it can be fit into one substitution.

I don't want to go all Kingdom Hearts autist here, but this is a common misconception I run into with kingdom hearts crossovers. The transformations that Sora and company undergo in worlds like Atlantica, Halloween Town, and the Pride Lands are not the result of the world's magic. They're the result of Donald's magic actively being used to transform the crew so they'll blend in or survive in a environment they normally wouldn't be able to. While Canterlot High could be a Fisher Kingdom there's no way of telling for sure if it's the world itself that turned spike into a dog and twilight into a human on arrival or if the transformation was a function of the mirror. That said as the writer you do have the power to declare Canterlot High a Fisher Kingdom for the purposes of this story which can work to your favor. Rather than have Donald's transformation be hand waved as something that happens all the time, have him freak out because he has no idea how or why this happened and bam, instant Donald subplot. You would need to have Sora ask something like "what's the big deal we transform all time" so that Donald can explain the fact that he's been behind all their past transformations and he's never seen anything like this in his entire time as King Micky's court wizard. This sets up an Oh shit moment for Sora and helps to ratchet up the tension at the start of the story.
Also I should point out that if the title of the chapter makes no sense. Sora would know what school is. The destiny islands has a whole small town on the main Island complete with a functional high school as evidenced by Kairi and Selphi's school uniforms in Kingdom Hearts 2.
All that said I'm enjoying the story so far; the characterization for Sora and Donald is pretty spot on. Keep it up man. Also if you want an editor / fact checker for the story I'm not doing anything pressing and I'd love to help keep the story consistent with Kingdom Hearts metaphysics and lore which is admittedly incredibly confusing.

Just to let you know, I write whatever comes off the top of my head when I don't know what to do with a certain chapter, as long as it fits in the story. But I have planned a bunch of ideas for future chapters that I'm dying to try out! 
Well, you do raise some pretty good points, I just figured that Sora and co. transform through the world's magic. I also figured that Sora didn't know about school cause the games never shown Sora at school, plus in KH2, when Sora met Roxas' old friends, he didn't know what homework was. In all honesty, I didn't get ALL the KH games, being broke and all that biz, but I have a grasp on most of the story, that being said, I could use an Editor/Fact Checker, so thanks for the offer

I had attributed that at the time to their school being a small island school so it's entirely possible that Sora wouldn't realize Canterlot High was a school at first glance given it's size and the shear volume of students. I can't blame you for not buying all the games or missing some small points; the series is spread across 7 games and 4 consoles that's not an easy thing to keep track of. Fortunately that will all be a lot easier once the second HD remix comes out and everything but KH 3D is on two convenient disks for the PS3. Yeah, I'm not very good with drawing on a computer, so the cover is a little... weak, I guess. If you do read it, Yu and the others aren't in that fic, I created 2 original characters so I could put myself in the story (and a friend or 2). UPDATE: I have edited chapter 3 to help with the storyline, thanks to one of the readers who commented on here, I was able to see that I screwed up a bit on the Kingdom Hearts part of the story, so I added a little something to help now that I figured out how to explain Donald's new appearance without the use of his magic. And in case any of you ask, I'm not giving any spoilers. You'll just have to read and find out.

As for your 2nd question, Twilight and Sora are developing a powerful bond between each other, so yes.
4548719 Well, to start, the hooded man is trying to blind Sora with anger, so he can appropriately become the 13th darkness. When Sora let his darkness take over from that outburst he had, Twilight was concerned for him. Before anyone knew it, their connection to each other allowed Twilight to see inside Sora's heart for a short while, she saw Roxas because both him and Sora were hurting from the dream that tortured his heart, which was drifting them closer to the darkness, so she saw who that anger and darkness truly belonged to, Roxas.
(For anyone else wondering about Twilight seeing Roxas in Sora's place, this was a full description of how it happened.)
