While journeying between dimensions to try and warn the Toa Nuva of possible doom, Takanuva, the Toa that controls both light and shadow, finds himself in a world of purely organic and powerful beings known as ponies. Now he must find a way to leave this universe and continue toward Karda Nui. But there's something else in Equestria that shouldn't be, and a Toa may be just what is needed.

Takes place after Takanuva's Journey, The Kingdom, and Dark Mirror, but before The Final Battle.
The story takes a lot from the Bionicle storyline, particularly that of 2008. If anything confuses you, I recommend the amazing resource of biosector01.com.

In the grim darkness of the far future, there are only ponies! Equestria is assailed by countless foes from without, but only the shadowy Friendquisition can protect it from the enemies within. Can one Inquisipony and his team uncover a plot that threatens to destroy everything they hold dear? Or will sinister forces prevail in an MLP future that has become like the Warhammer 40k universe, the original grimdark franchise?

After a long day of work, Ditzy (Derpy) Doo wakes in the night to find that she is in the middle of the zombie apocalypse. Worst of all, the zombies arent even ponies! Instead, they are some strange type of two-legged creatures with hands. fortunately for her, she is found by four of these creatures that dont seem infected. But can they help her escape this nightmare? For that matter, can any of them escape the hell-hole of a city they find themselves in?

When Discord becomes Equestria's cable provider, he makes it possible for ponies to watch human television. Pinkie Pie takes a particular liking to Dr. Gregory House and emulates his ornery behavior.

The Mane Six were good friends with the Doctor in his 10th incarnation. However the Doctor never told them about his ability to regenerate and what that entails. So they aren't taking too kindly to some bow-tie wearing imposter running around with the TARDIS

In unknown circumstances, Ichigo's inner Hollow (in its Vasto Lorde form) has found it's way to Equestria (thankfully, with sentience). Couple this with the fact he's got some memory loss, and Equestria could be in some serious strife. As if he wasn't dangerous enough...

The planet destroyed. The flood gone and the covenant obliterated.
All because of one man, Sergeant J. Forge. The man who literally stared death in the face to save those aboard the 'Spirit of Fire'.
But what if the detonation of the slipspace drive tore a larger than intended hole in the fabric of space, essentially creating a portal to another world.
What if Forge hadn't perished on that day, but awoke to find himself in a completely new and foreign world ?

Spirit, after having migrated his herd further away from the approaching plague that is the society of the two-legged creatures, found his curiosity once again getting the better of him. This time with greater consequence.

Why are all these fillies and colts speaking the two-legged language and not his own? And they are so vastly different to his own kind, too! Horns? Wings? Some with both!? If Spirit thought two-leggeds were strange creatures, his own kin (sort of) is about to show them up!
