Applejack is afraid to love. After what she went through when she lost her parents, she had decided not to get in a situation that would set her up for that pain again.

Rainbow Dash has always tried to be cool about her feelings. But she finds out that the old saying: Those who hesitate are lost is painfully true. Plus she will have to live with the ultimate shame; That of Rarity telling her "I told you so" for the rest of her life.

This is like the first story of my series  Bookends  in that it is a short (yes and rushed) story to see how it is received. That way I know if any sequels are to be attempted.

You wake up next to Fluttershy, only to find that some dreams don't have an happy ending.

That those we meet on our crossroads are just in passing, we must choose to keep the memories we hold close.

Or cast them away.

After the Battle of the Band, the Dazzlings were getting through some tough times until a certain blue-haired boy help them out and they started out great. Adagio has been getting a feeling like she's in love with him but doesn't want to feel love, until one day at park her heart began to take over.

Hint: FlashxAdagio.

A changeling civil-war has broken out. Chrysalis and her "Changeling Empirium" have waged an armed conflict upon King Thorax's "New Changeling Kingdoms". While having lower numbers than the forces of Thorax's Military, the unreformed have shown utter ruthlessness against the so-called "traitors of her Majesty".

The war, being pushed into bitter winter, has caused fighting to become even more aggressive, with the cold blizzards only fueling the hatred between the two sides.

Both sides have shown to have different ways of dealing with things, whether it be attitude, training, feelings towards the enemy, and many more things to count.

But one thing stays the same, which is the will to surrender.

After receiving word of eight unreformed changelings being captured at the front, King Thorax decides to meet the POW's in person, along with one of his pony companions. Believing this will give himself a better understanding on why the changelings are still loyal to Chrysalis, he is prepared to ask - and answer - any questions placed upon the table, both from his side and theirs.

Spike feels like he has been replaced by Starlight as Twilight's #1 assistant. In response, he spends more time with Rarity. A misunderstanding causes a scandal to occur and Rarity's reputation is in jeopardy. She is forced to confront Spike about the nature of their relationship.

Chrysalis thinks jokes, puns, and off-key musical numbers are the way to Twilight's heart (and bed).

She is ever so slightly, possibly, potentially, just a wee smidgen completely and utterly wrong.

Maybe.
