Equestrian has finally gotten to the young mage, and after failing in every possible way to enact spiteful revenge against Celestia and Luna, he finally cracks.

Awakening as BlackWarGreymon, a lost human tries to adjust even as more surprises and traps spring up. Yet timing and fate seem set against him, as events lead him to being imprisoned in stone before he could make a name for himself. Branded by the crown as a villain, he struggles to adapt years later once free and takes an unlikely ally as his protector and savior. But what will his presence do to the events ongoing throughout Equestria? What truths will he find beyond the public eye? More importantly: Will he embrace his given role, or will he strive to be his own 'mon?

Preface
This is hands down the most dedicated piece of writing I've worked on to date. Before this lies many an aborted fanfic including some over on fanfiction.net. All of whom were nowhere near as taken seriously by me as this one was. Months were put into this just to reach the release point for the story itself. Struggling with my own procrastination and real life priorities made every paragraph I wrote important to me and I'm so happy to finally be releasing this. It may be a silly crossover between Digimon and My Little Pony, but I love the MLP fandom/show and I'm a huge sucker for successful crossover tales. So putting this much time and effort into a tale like this was thrilling as much as it was terrifying. I had to motivate myself so much at times and I hated every time my obsession over rewriting and editing older chapters got in the way of moving forward. But I think it was worth it in the end. I hope everyone who clicks on my tale and reads this enjoys the adventure you're about to go on as much as I did writing it.

When I went to investigate I decided I would blend into the crowd by making a costume, but that was a fatal flaw that got me trapped in another world. In this new world I must survive and thrive, but I seemed to have dragged something with me. Now it's time to turn back the clock.

A long time ago, before Luna's transformation into Nightmare moon, a new citizen was welcomed into Equestria. He was no pony, in fact he was something new altogether. He was what was known as a human. The two sisters welcomed him into their nation, and even befriended him. And for a time, they got along great. Until the nightmares started. The human's mind began to be plagued by horrible nightmares, in which his new friends would put him through terrible torture. After a time he began to see these dreams, not as tormented visions, but as a warning. He began to realize that the nightmares weren't there to hurt him, they were there to save him. And so he gave himself over to them. The two sisters tried to reason with him, telling him that he was sick, but he refused to listen. Retreating into the world of nightmares, this human disappeared, and hasn't been seen or heard of for a long, long time. Until now. And he has changed.

Being trapped in a land of talking ponies isn't so bad. Or it wouldn't be if Anon didn't have his heart broken the second before arriving. Now stuck here, he must live in Equestria, heartbroken. That is until the day he attends a wonderbolt show and meets someone who may just bring his love back without him knowing. The leader of the wonderbolts herself.
