His essence is greatly weakened from his arrival, but every day his strength returns and his visions become real. The magic of this world is fleeting, and his power cannot be contained forever. When the God of Deception, Master of Fate, Hope’s End, Fiend of a Thousand Faces, Beast with a Thousand Maws, and ultimately, the God of Death, escapes, will he bring the world to its knees?

This story is going to be based off a combination of some of my favorite games "Terratech" and "Factorio". There may be some other large references too.

Two and a half years ago, I left my home, family, and friends behind to fight for humanity to save them from Princess Celestia's madness. Despite the hardship, suffering, and loss I have never once waved in my conviction in doing the right thing to prevent the genocide of an entire race. However, I have been captured. Instead of killing me, they kept me prisoner because they need me to use my Element one last time in their hopes of saving Equestria from Humanity's upcoming invasion.

Too bad I have no plans to do that.

This story is a sequel to All That We Become: A Single Step

The wedding between Cadence And Shining Armor is perhaps one of the most bittersweet moments in recent Equestrian history. A famous union of true love between Princess and Captain of the Royal Guard, tarnished forever by the insidious treachery and assault of one of Equestria's most infamous villains. Even so, time has seen love conquer the bleak moments of the event and the villain of the story on the path to reformation; time though has not healed the deep wound left by the event which is something Celestia is hoping to see done. Chrysalis and Cadence come face to face, with family at their sides, in an effort to both move on.

Celestia is up late doing paperwork when she hears something curious and asks her guest a pertinent question.

Bonus story I wrote after the scene popped into my head while planning out later chapters of first law.

References to death and violence, though none occurs.

Aurelian and Faye have parted with Aestus and Brayok to wander the globe for a year. Their trek leads them to new and familiar faces, new sights and experiences and a great deal of self reflection for Aurelian as he attempts to move forward not only from his thousands of years of isolation but from the great highs and lows of his long and storied past. The ancient Alicorn begins to see things in a new light and finds something that was right beside him the whole time.

For many long years, Twilight Sparkle worked to try to reform Cozy Glow. She'd be released from her stone prison periodically for a new reformation attempt, and she'd inevitably end up trying to conquer Equestria again. Being turned into a statue became a regular habit for her over the years. There were always more chances to conquer Equestria, always another attempt to reform her, and she wasn't aware of the passage of time each period she was committed to her prison.

Until one day, she was released again—only to find no one was there.
