An evil never heard of has be accidentally reawakened through the efforts of Twilight Sparkle and her friends, and a darkness unlike anything they have ever seen threatens to destroy everything they hold dear. Legend speaks of a powerful alicorn called The Guardian. She will be a pony with a coat white like a cloud, and will bear a sword and shield on her flank. Upon awakening she will gather the Elements of Harmony and light Equestria's darkest hour.

After decades of conflict, the three pony races have finally united in a new nation: Equestria! Earth ponies Pinkie Pie and Minty decide this is a great opportunity to visit Unicornia and the fabled “Summer Sun Celebration” where the unicorn mages raise the sun for the longest day of the year. Along the way, however, a strange weather phenomenon hurls them (along with their new pegasus friend, Star Catcher) into an unfamiliar landscape. They come to a wondrous city called Canterlot, ruled by a pair of mysterious princesses.

Twilight Sparkle is working on a new teleportation spell. This one is different because it allows her to travel distances much further than usual.
But, as no one suspects, she makes and error in her calculations, and she finds herself in a place that she does not recognize. The only sign of life are the corpses of trees.
It's cold, so very cold, and she is lonely. Will she ever find her way back?

Inspired by that awesome (but very sad) picture. Twilight Sparkle posted it on Ponyhoof. I haz been inspired. Wait...this is my first story without humans in it! Nice! I made it bigger, and cropped it down a bit, but nothing else, I swears it. I swears....on...on the precious! Yes, we swears.

This story is a sequel to My Little Heartbreak: Meanwhile, Back at the Farm

It has been settled. This month, Twilight and CO agree that for Heartbreak to live in Equestria, she needs an actual place to live in. A real home. With money tight, and Heartbreak not having much of anything of her own, how are they going to get her this dream home?
The answer will drag both Heartbreak and Rarity kicking and nearly screaming through a series of seemingly unfortunate events involving travel, discovery, and later on: The Cutie Mark Crusaders!
But there are dark secrets still being harbored within both Heartbreak and her new home. Will Rarity, a pony who prides herself on her looks, charms and grace be able to teach a pony who doesn't care about any of those things anything about generosity? Hopefully. And hopefully before one of them strangles the other.

Little sister, I confess. I was the one who released Nightmare Moon. I was the one who cast the spell that unlocked Discord. I was the one who brought the Changelings to Canterlot and I was the one who dragged King Sombra and the Crystal Empire back from the aether. All this I did for Equestria. Innocent Spike plays a dating simulator...starring the ponies of Equestria. Though as he delves further into the game, his attitude towards it begins to take a dramatic turn. Because for Spike it will no longer be just a game. It will become his new way of life.

Ponyville is a quiet little town filled with many nice, regular things. But as its inhabitants will soon learn, even some of the most boring towns has their own episodes of just... irregular things.
