Eva always thought that she was just a regular Changeling teenager like her siblings, however her life is flipped upside down when she learned that her father isn't a Changeling. This story here is a small side-project from me.
I got the story of my OC barely written down on paper before, but not like I wanted.
Here I'm now explaining the whole story of my OC.

This story is a sequel to Love Starved

April, YOH 1515 (by the Equestrian calendar). Fifteen years after Luna's Return, the third and last year of the Great Changeling War.

Theoretical-Infiltrator Compound was the elite of her elite Caste, tasked with predicting the logistics of the war that Queen Hunger planned to wage against the Realm of Equestria. But, when she came up with the wrong answer, she was demoted to a less responsible position. And when her trepidations proved correct, she was sent to the battle-front, to defend Hunger's last Hive against the final Equestrian onslaught!

But does the real threat to the survival of herself, and her friends, come from outside the Hive? Or from within?

Y.O.H. 1515

As the Great Changeling War approaches its end, and the High Queen Nightmare Hunger is reduced to an ever-shrinking territory and number of Hives, the disgraced Theoretical Infiltrator Compound, already demoted to Logistical Aide, is no longer needed. The resource flow between Hives has ceased, and all she is now is a warm body noling particularly likes.

She is reassigned to to Hive Hunger's Provisional Hive Defense Swarm, a last-ditch unit of Warrior cadets and confused Workers having weapons shoved into their claws and being flung in the path of the Equestrian advance. She has read enough of the reports to know what this means.

Her life is over.

But now, after three long lonely years, among members of a Caste she would normally consider far beneath her, can the impossible happen? On the brink of her death, can Compound rediscover the sense of belonging that alone gives meaning to the life of a Changeling?

Can a pariah finally find friends?

Following the Canterlot Wedding, Chrysalis' hive has been spread across the lands of Equestria, with nearly half of them unaccounted for. The survivors, along with their defeated queen, return home.

When the Hive Council hears of Chrysalis' attack on Canterlot, they decide to remove her from power, exiling her and her hive. Now, her changelings must find a way to survive on their own.

This is one changeling's search for a new home.

Fair warning, this is the first story I've written in a long time. There's bound to be mistakes, so don't be afraid to point them out (though, I'd ask that you try to at least be constructive).

Since her defeat on the day of the Royal Wedding, Queen Chrysalis has plotted and planned her revenge. Using ancient Changeling magic and a very valuable captive, she creates the ultimate weapon; a life-form capable of granting her unbelievable power and allowing her species to continue.

While dying somewhere in Equestria, Chrysalis looks back on the invasion and her mistakes, trying to figure out how she failed her people.

Changelings have been depicted as cruel, heartless, love stealing monsters. Multiple ponies across Equestria would love to watch the race burned from the earth. But nopony ever realizes that changelings too wear masks. And behind them, is a broken soul.

Queen Chrysalis is the only surviving member of the Changeling race. After killing her starved race in a mad attempt at food by invading the famed Canterlot Wedding, Chrysalis has to look for a mate in a nearby town, hoping to stay hidden long enough that she could start to not only rebuild her race, but the valley she had created between Changelings and Ponies. The problem is, she never expected her most likely mate to be the one who had helped her race meet their deaths.

This story is a REDUX of an old popular fic that was unfortunately cancelled and deleted by myself when keeping up with it and other stories became to much. It then received a small reboot by a fan, that soon ended after three chapters. Now you guys get to read the still in progress ECWM REDUX! The original story plot is different, so old, hardcore fans will receive scenes that are from the original, but others that are different. I will also be trying to make this longer than before, (Then again, it died 1/4 of the way through.) So I do hope you guys enjoy this enchanced blast from the past that I will try to work on when I can along with all my other stories that are sitting collecting dust.
